In 1970, Josie and Antonio Navarra came to America from southern Italy and would eventually meet in Boston, Massachusetts. After marrying and starting a family they decided to move to Sunny Orlando to open Ciao Italia as one of the first Italian restaurants in the area.
From our humble roots, we established Ciao Italia as one of Orlando's best Italian restaurant with authentic dcor, superb service in classic Italian style, and culinary delicacies that bring all our guests a feel of Old-World Italy.Through the years as the restaurant grew with popularity, they introduced their children into the business.

Whatever your needs, our experienced event planners will create the absolute best experience you could ever imagine! We can accommodate semi-private dining for up to 60 guests. Total buyout for our ristorante is available for up to 110 people. Group menus, as well as beer and wine packages are available.

Sooooo I am not sure of the server Manuel was having a bad night but he was VERY blunt and short with us. He wouldn't tell us his name. My husband asked for limes for his water and Manuel cut him off and said no limes. It was weird. Like he acted like he didn't want to be there and took it out on us. It was such a turnoff that we didn't want to have dessert or apps. The specials is what we got...pork chop parmigiano, and a seafood pasta. The pasta- which should be the star was not the greatest. The outside of the restaurant doesn't do the inside justice. Decadent and cozy all together. Ordered the chicken and veal parmigian dinners over spaghetti. The sauce tasted like how I remembered it as a kid growing up in NYC. Just enough sugar to cut the acid. The veal was tender and moist as was the chicken. After dinner, we had their creme brulee. It was made to perfection.. delicious 😋. Don't drink alcohol but I did have a bottle of sparkling water.

Absolutely amazing food !

Only hiccup… the service. Welcome is a bit rough and at the end of the dinner some of them could have been definitely more friendly. However, some were very nice.
Only men, maybe that was the reason.
