Excellence! As a USAA member for the last 15 years and thinking I had it "As good as it gets" I realized I was completely wrong. Samantha Chesley is knowledgeable, throughout and timely in every interaction I have had with her. She able to save me money switching my home and auto from USAA to State Farm and the coverage is, not only better, but also tailored to fit my needs. My parents recommended to call Samantha at this branch for insurance. We had just moved here because my husband got out of the military and we weren't liking USAA anymore. For almost the same cost that we were paying at usaa for only renters and auto insurance Sam got us coverage for auto, life insurance policies for both of us and homeowners insurance. Plus it was more comprehensive insurance.

My Husband and I just relocated back to the Delmarva area from Pennsylvania and have been working with Daniel through this branch. He, as well as everyone else at this office, is fantastic! Daniel is so genuine and always willing to help my husband and I with any questions or concerns. It’s very refreshing to speak to actual down to earth people!

I have been dealing with Jeannette Lewis with some issues I have had due to moving from a different state to MD. Jeannette has been amazing and so helpful! Mrs Jeanntt was an amazing person to speak with. Her customers service and concerns meant a lot to me. She not only guided me to the right person to speak to but she even took another step and waited with me until she actually heard from someone before she transferred me . That speaks volumes to me because she could of easy just hand it to whoever and I would of been playing phone tag. But she didn’t and for that my dear thank you so much I was able to get my claim done and handle without stress .Keep being that amazing person you are and if you never get notice of your hard work and dedication
