Everyone in town knows they can count on us to deliver the best Mexican food Spearfish has to offer in a comfortable and family friendly environment - in fact, we're affectionately known in town as "Guads." We're family owned and family operated, and we take a lot of pride in the one-on-one service we provide to our customers.
In addition to our authentic food, our margaritas are known as the best in the Black Hills, and we've got a full bar and great happy hour specials. Ask any local where to get some great Mexican food, and they'll point you in our direction!

This place is very yummy! We had the house margs with ice per recomendation from the server and they were very yummy. The chips were clearly homemade and warm when they came to the table which was totally drool worthy. We all loved our food. I had something with seafood and gobbled it all up. Then our friends and my partner had fajitas and the fajita burritos. Everyone was full and so pleased!!!! Highly recomend

Based on the reviews, I was excited to try them out, when we arrived in town. Incredibly disappointed, this is American Mexican food not authentic Mexican. The flavors were bland and tasted very "store" bought. The margarita mix they are using is terrible. They were very short staffed, "understandable", in that area they were kind but unable to keep up, which drug out everything while you wait.
Decor is very nice, restaurant was clean but if you're accustomed to southwest traditional Mexican, this is not your place.

15 minute to-go order gone wrong...
The place was packed and the staff was very friendly, I ended up waiting about 30min instead of the estimated 15min. They gave my order to someone else and had their tickets all wrong. Not ideal, but I can get passed that.
I ordered veggie enchiladas and the chimi... this was so disgusting. It's like they took a pack of frozen veggies from the store, microwaved, and shoved it in there. It was all cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli?? I was expecting some fajita style veggies.. just wow. Couldn't finish it, felt sick immediately.

Staying at the KOA Next-door and grabbed to-go on a Sunday night after a long drive in. Not only were they open to 930 on a Sunday, which was helpful, but the food was good.
Like really good. Tacos had lots of meat, and taco shell for taco salad was crispy and good flavor. Prices were reasonable.
Taated like real food, not greasy like some fat food.
Also, the owner was there when I came in (at 830pm on a Sunday) hung in the entry way were pictures of his family, and the thank-you notes they've received for donations made to the local community.
It's the kind of food you hope to find, and the
