Matt Denny's Ale House Restaurant

Here for business and met some family here for dinner based on a recommendation from a local friend of theirs. Service was a bit slow and they misunderstood my sister wanting to eat, BUT the staff and food more than made up for it. It seemed like they were a bit shorthanded, but isn't that everywhere right now?
I had an a bacon burger with avocado and sweet potato fries. It was cooked exactly as i asked and was delicious. I am going back for lunch today. I highly recommend!!!

I really loved the atmosphere of this bar. The service was quick and friendly. I hit the happy hour menu. The fish was good, the sliders were fire, and I suggest staying away from asada tacos. Great place to have a drink

Enjoyed my visit. Went there. When it first opened in compares this thine was better. Friendly staff good menu price affordable. Can't wait to go back lot of choices I want to try..

This place does not disappoint. Outside dining minimizes COVID exposure. Super friendly staff, delightful menu and excellent beverages. Almost good enough to make you want to become a local. If you are a local, you owe it to yourself to try. We ordered the club along with fish and chips asking the waitress to split our order. We were amazed with both items. Saved to my favorite places so we can visit everytime we're driving through Pasadena.

Very outdated and the food was very sub par. The overall atmosphere needs serious updates. The stew was very bland. There was a gross smell on your way to the restrooms that could be noticed right away even wearing a mask. The only good thing was the polite service but I won't be returning and wasting money here.

Highly recommend. Great place to have a meal, drink or meeting. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Food and drinks are refreshing and appetizing.

I love this place! They serve first-class food, their menu is varied, the chef of that place is a professional, I love to eat all their food. The food is always top-notch, the attitude towards customers is pleasant. I visit this restaurant often and have never felt unhappy. Highly recommended.
