Services
Currently, smog inspections are required for all vehicles except electric, natural gas powered vehicles over 14,000 lbs, hybrids, motorcycles, trailers, or vehicles 1975 and older. Vehicles registered in areas subject to the biennial smog certification program are required to submit evidence of a smog certification every other renewal period.
I went to Belmont 76 for my first time. My car was having a few problems. Najib and his staff took care of me. I have been to many auto mechanic shops in the area and it is hard to find someone who is honest and will treat you right. Najib does it all treats you right and his honest. I highly recommend him.

Sadly they have lost my business. I've brought all my vehicles to them for my smog check, and my recent visit resulted in a failed test. Not their fault it failed, but their quoting me $250 to fix a $30 part that would take all of 30 mins to fix seemed a bit of a gouge. Being something I could easily fix myself, I asked if I could bring my car back for a free recheck and they said yes only if I paid them to do the work. They stated that is pretty standard policy for all smog service stations, so I looked it up. Not only could I get a smog check elsewhere for half the price, but they would guarantee

Do not go to these guys, i had them do my front rotors and pads on my truck and when i received it i felt that the brakes felt the same just smoother. Getting under the truck and looking at my brakes, the rotors and pads were changed and fine but both bleeder valves were broken off and i know that they were fine before. For them to not fix the problem correctly that they created is not ok.

I was recommended by a friend to come to this shop. I was given a high price for front brakes on my Mercedes at another local shop. When i came here they showed me a detailed analysis of how much parts/labor were. The price was much cheaper than i was quoted elsewhere. The service was performed fast and was done that day. Belmont 76 is my new shop to go to for auto repairs.
