This is the great clinic. Especially, I was surprised to meet the dog, that helped me to feel better during treatment. Such a great idea to have a dog that might help people to handle with stress in the dentist clinic.

Scammy Customer Service: $100 Cancellation Fee and Rude Staff. I had my appointment scheduled on June 1st, Tuesday, right after a long Memorial Day weekend. The last reminder I received was on Thursday, May 27th (5 days in advance!) when normal expectation would be to get a reminder within 24 hours or less before the appointment. The reminder said they would follow up with another reminder sending me an additional form I had to fill out beforehand - something that actually never happened. I am not ever sure I was able to come in without the form since the it was a COVID-19 questionnaire.
