Unbelievable. My son really likes his therapist however, he became suicidal 2 weeks ago, went to the emergency room and I called this office immediately to get him in. Not only did they not get a suicidal teenager in but they never called to check on him. I waited a week and a half before I called them, to see if they would call and they never did. Very disappointed.

This is an excellent organization. I was hesitant to try counseling because I didn’t think “just talking” would help. I came to realize that the counselors here have a problem-solving approach and are constantly working with you to help you define your priorities and strategize to solve your problems and grow as a person. All of my personal and professional relationships have benefitted from me coming here. Highly recommend this group.

I agree with the comment below about it being a good place if your okay with getting cancelled on 9 times out of 10 appts. Seriously it takes a lot for someone to seek out help and then open up to a complete stranger so to take on a client and then sit there and cancel over and over, only making it to maybe 1 appt every few months is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. We even gave the guy an out saying if he didn’t think he could do atleast every other week to just tell us so we could go find someone else. But he said he could so we have gave him a chance and so far he’s canceled on
