If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my repair request on August 20th. DNB came out a few days later. The technician walked in my home and immediately looked at my faucet and said that he would not be able to repair my faucet because he didn't have the part. He said he would need to make a call. He called the office and they stated that they would order the faucet and would call me "tomorrow" with an update. 3 days later I called them and asked about the faucet. They said they were working on it. On August 31st I sent them an email because I had no heard back from them and wanted an update

I never leave negative reviews, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a repair for my home. They came out to view the issue over two weeks ago. As soon as the repairman walked into my kitchen he said, “I won’t be able to fix this type of faucet and I don’t have the part.” This is after I waited 4 days for them to come and tell me this. I told him that I understood but asked what could done to assist with the leak. He said he could do anything until he had the parts. He said he would need to call his manager to find out more details. He left me a written estimate

We have used D&B for years and had been very happy with their service. After the Houston February freeze, they responded quickly and got the inside of the house functional. They also removed the master control cutoff for the sprinkler system to order the part. Over a two month period I called three times to get them back out. First they were too busy (which I understood). Then they were going to check on the part. We never heard back and they never got the system going again. Very disappointed.

We recently had DNB provide service to our home through our home warranty company. They arrived on time and the technician was very nice. We had them try to clear a clog that was preventing our washing machine from draining properly. They did work and we were advised if it didnt clear the issue to have them come back.
2nd trip. We were informed that they would have to cut a 2'x2' hole in the wall to diagnose the issue. The hole was cut and the technician determined he needed to get authorization to use a camera. That job was done on Jan 6. I called everyday to get an update and the warranty company

I had a toilet installed October of last year (Home Warranty). The plumber was professional and courteous and installed the toilet in a timely manner. Upon completion the toilet seemed to be installed correctly. I gave a 5 star review last year.
I rarely use that toilet, but when I went in there a few days ago, I notice the toilet was loose and rocking, and upon further investigation, discovered that one of the bolts was broken. In my opinion, a bolt that looked new, should not have broken in a years time. Which leads me to believe the toilet was not installed properly, or the bolt was not replaced
