I am in disbelief. I feel I have been bamboozled! To be in such a vulnerable position and be disappointed to the point of tears & pleading with the doctor to please just fix my teeth so I can close my mouth & they aren't protruding from my lips! The doctor just disappeared & said she was done. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO😥 WHAT CAN I DO?

Worst place ever.I asked for the smaller teeth got the bigger ones.Ive sent 4 other people to this place and everyone is not happy at all. Some are even thinking about contacting a lawyer as well.All of us have had are dentures religned and still can't wear them at all.Im contacting my insurance company about this

I'll share my experience. I had a broken molar with a long root other dentists were refusing to work on. They said that my roots were too long for them to deal with. They said that I needed an oral surgeon. I am low income so finding one was quite the problem. I certainly tried. I was quite afraid of when this tooth was going to start screaming at me to get it out. Hesitantly I went to Ideal Dental Care on E. State to have them look at it. Virtually effortlessly this dentist removed the remaining part of the molar including the root. In my opinion this dentist easily has the skills to rival

My lady had teeth pulled and dentures. I've gone through this process and I did not come out in as much pain as she has been in for the past 2 days this place is abusive and very unperfesional the bleeding still hasn't stopped when mine stopped that night I had more infected teeth and more teeth pulled them her I would not recommend this place to even brush my fake teeth they gave her shots and waited for a hour to start pulling makes no sense shots already wore off then got told her screaming was causing her self pain and she wasn't going to continue if she keeps acting like this place is a joke

I got dentures and unfortunately I have medical card due to health reasons. It covered my dentures BUT dentist DIDN'T tell me I could up grade at my cost. They NEVER told me ones they were giving me would break 2 front teeth off just eating corn on cob. I was told I can't even eat anything hard or like corn on cob again. I was VERY mad! I can get better one NOW full price BS! Also made me wait OVER week to get my teeth fixed and they still messed them up. They left gap between front teeth. Having recently moved to the area, we decided to give this dentist a try. "Ideal" Dental Care did not clean my husband's teeth as well as our previous dentists. Refused to do a basic cleaning for me without a "pregnancy note" from my Dr. Our previous dentist never required this and I was not aware of their policy. The American pregnancy association along with the ADA highly recommend pregnant women receive routine cleanings and it is completely safe! I am very disappointed in the unhygienic and rushed service I got.
My appointment was at 4 PM. I already submitted my insurance info earlier that day so when I arrived at 3:50 there was a woman coughing continuously that was sitting there. I sat away from her. Shortly after they called her in and made me wait until 4:35 till they took me in. They seemed like so much in a rush that they were whipping all the instruments with a cloth before using them on me. As soon as the lady put the instruments in my mouth I tasted someone else's saliva!!!
It really grossed me out but she still proceeded

They rushed my daughter in and out. We were new patients and she asked my young daughter what happened did your last place stop taking your insurance? Omg really? How would my daughter know? They scrapped her gums and they have been bleeding for an while now and flossed her way too hard. The dentist was very rude and short with me. If I could give them a zero star I would!

This business is in abusy area but has horrible customer assistance. Not very personable assistant or staff. Never met the dentist at all. I had walked in to set an appoinment for basic cleaning and check up. While providing all my info etc., I was toldhold because the main front counter computer wasnt working. So, now the woman at frontcounter hadto input information within the computer about 10 feet behind the counter and talk louder to ask me my questions and I had to provide alot if personal information louder than normal which others could hear. Not really following Hippa Privicey or Security
