We use be our neighbors back in 2007 for quit some years. When they moved out the neighborhood we didn’t keep in touch. Well I kept his phone number in my contact and when Houston had the 2021 Arctic blast and pipes burst in many homes and no electricity for days. That’s when I reached out to Terry the owner of the company and he gave me times and different times. Me being a good ol ex neighbor was patient enough to wait for him for 2 full days. I made a final text after the second day and he text me

Don't waste your time. I called them at 9am to fix a clogged sink, the guy said they would be out between 12 and 2. 2:30, 2:45 rolled around and no sign of them. Nobody called us and we called twice to see what was up and no response. I called ARS and they were out within an hour and got our issue fixed. Like I said, don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.

I used Cardinal Plumbing 10 years ago to fix a leaking pipe in the attic. Mario did a good job
So when my water heater gave out I called them again. I paid a lot of money to install a new water heater in 2012. Now this week I am having kitchen remodeled and my contractor tells me that the water heater is hard to start because it is too old. The water heater has a date of 2006! Plus the installer did not even bother to install a pan! I will never use Cardinal again!

Excellent service, very professional and they know what they are doing. Called them out with a sewer problem and Terry came out and stopped the sewer from backing up in the house. Ran a a big machine and cleared out the stoppage. He put iin a camera and showed me why it was stopping up. He had his crew come out and dig up the line and repair it and you can hardly tell where the guys dug in my yard. They all did a fantastic job!!! I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

They didn't show up, and couldn't be bothered to call to say they couldn't make it.
Called them in the morning, they said they'd be out late afternoon. Got my phone number, said they would call before coming. Didn't hear back. Knowing their office closed at 5pm, I called them to ask when they'd be out. They seemed very confused, put me on hold a long time, then asked if they could come out in the morning.
I prefer vendors that show their customers a little respect or common courtesy. I've used Cardinal before, but won't inconvenience them again by asking them to do some work.
