Our pet needed veterinary care while out of town & they accepted our baby just like we were regular customers. Dr. Sweeney was very thorough explaining what was going on & procedures they were doing. We will definitely use this vet clinic when in the area again if needed. I would recommend then to everyone with a baby they love & want it to be taken care of like family. 💜

Not our usual vet but we had an emergency. They got us an appointment time, before our appointment time they had a cancellation and called me to bring my fur baby in sooner. My dog is usually terrified of vets but loved the ladies that had him. Not over priced and extremely attentive to keeping us updated.

The office staff were so attentive and made the process of scheduling an appointment quick and easy. They even got my dog Rhino in as quickly as possible. Our old vet retired and we didn't have anywhere to go. Our friend Nicci works there as a Vet Tech and told us about Dr. Cassidy. All the techs and the girl on the phone were all great to deal with. Dr Cassidy is awesome. She called me 3 times to talk about my dog Tucker after she saw him. I am going to have them Neuter him next week and look forward to using them in the future. At first I was very nervous to bring my kitty here! We had been seeing the same vet for years but the drive just became too far. Brought in my sweet boy today for the first time and the yowling anxious boy I… gave them came back purring and make biscuits in his crate and the staff told me how sweet of a boy he was ❤️ definitely was a great first experience! He was very comfortable and happy!Thank you! (He is the one on the right his sister is on the left 😊)

I adopted a pup and they were able to see us within 48 hours for a well check. The staff were all curious and caring. The DVM spoke with me personally, took time to write instructions on how to care for my pups specific needs. She answered all questions I had, never once did I feel rushed. I'm beyond greatful for finding this place.

I have been to many vets and Eustis Animal Hospital is, by far, the best there is. I have several pets and am usually there once a month! They are caring, professional and friendly. They are also very kind. Dr. Buster cared for my boxer, Jake, through his kidney problems and her compassion and bedside manner was second to none when it was time for Jake to cross the Rainbow Bridge. The office girls are friendly - always greeting all by name. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my dogs in for their shots, my female had pups 5 months prior and I brought them in too for shots.
They did not do a pregnancy test on my female mother as they should have since I have an active male and my female may have been pregnant.
Do to them being incompetent they gave my female dog the shots without doing a pregnancy test first. which killed her unborn pups.
DO NOT USE THEM they should have know what to do , I am heartbroken that they killed my dogs pups who where just 3 weeks from being born.
This was the worst experience of my life, I am going to take them to court and have

I've been to a lot of Vets and there are many I would recommend, but Dr. Buster I drive 45 mins each way to see. Her ability to spot problems early invaluable. She has a depth of knowledge that leaves you confident and comforted that the correct treatment and diagnosis were made. Last but not least she is very caring to both people and pets.
Also the vets office as a whole is nice, efficient front office, free coffee (Keurig) and TV.
