Services
Bounce Society specializes in Trampoline Cardio and Sculpt fitness classes. We offer multiple types of classes for all different levels! Please be aware that the beginner prerequisite classes are Bounce Fusion and/or Bounce 1; you must take one of these before taking Bounce 1.5, 2, or 3. Get the absolute best of both worlds with a combination of bounce cardio & muscle sculpting.
I live by that little quote, and bouncing is a little bit of both! Life is too short to simply run on a treadmill. Expand your horizons and challenge yourself to new experiences; you might be surprised at how much you can accomplish. I love teaching at Bounce Society because it brings me back to my dancing roots.
Core-stability muscles are constantly engaged in order to keep you stable and balanced on the mini rebounder (trampoline). Rebound exercise can help increase your body's metabolic rate and its ability to burn calories more efficiently, helping your body to process nutrients more efficiently. Stress relief - combat depression, anxiety, and stress by increasing the amount of endorphins released to the brain.
We recommend at least 3 hours a week at Bounce Society to see results & maintain cardiovascular health. If your cancellation happens in the cancellation window, the service will be added back into your account for future use. If your friend signs up for a membership or class package, you both get $25 credit in your account for future use!.
Now, it may seem intimidating to step onto a trampoline or step up to a barre for the first time, and that's okay! Our certified instructors guide you through the basic techniques in order for you to get a safe, effective, and fun workout! Failure to cancel at least 6 hours before the class time results in: $10 late cancellation fee for memberships or loss of class for class packages.

Bounce Society Fitness has quickly become one of my favorite gyms in Orange County! I have been taking classes for about a month now and don't see myself ever stopping. They offer a variety of classes including bounce, bounce tabata, barre, and dance classe. The calories burn is real and so is that booty burn!
Tips- anything Sara teaches or bounce 3 isn't for the weak, but are amazing if you are someone who likes q challenge.

Bounce Society has been one of my favorite finds since I moved to California from Texas one year ago. My go-to class is Dance Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Kate Colburn, with fresh choreography and killer jams each class. The class is equally as HARD as it is FUN. My heart rate easily exceeds 200 bpm and I burn 500 - 750 calories each class. All while shaking my booty! I especially love Kate's GLOW classes, which are usually once per quarter, where we all wear neon, dance to a live DJ, then stick around for a social mixer afterwards where local vendors come with samples and prizes

I absolutely love Bounce Society. The owners - Chelsea & Talia - are the best . I love attending the Cardio Dance class w/ Julia. It's a great class where you can leave your worries on the dance floor. The Bounce Sculpt is my other favorite class . The women who attend and teach are so supportive. It's a great community and I always look forward to going to this studio every week. I highly recommend their classes !

Being a fitness instructor myself, I definitely have to say that I highly recommend this studio for your workout! The amount of energy and motivation the trainers provide is fantastic!! The co-owners, Talia and Chelsea are incredible humans who are obviously deeply invested in their business and each client that walks through the door, creating a welcoming/unintimidating environment for EVERYONE.

There's something for everyone at bounce society- it's not just trampoline but barre, sculpt, HITT and my favorite-DANCE CARDIO!
For dance cardio I've taken both Kate and Chelsea. They do an excellent job I'm not only making you feel comfortable doing the movement if you have absolutely no dance experience, but you have fun and feel empowered at the end of each class!
High Key recommend for anyone who is trying to change up their fitness routine and fall in love with fitness again!

I absolutely Love this place! It's aglow with welcoming and affirming vibes. It is run by two athletic experts and a crew of skilled and supportive Instructors. I started coming to re-bounder class because of the cardio benefits without jumping on a hard surface. There's no boring treadmill here! I've been able to build stamina and maintain my weight with the trampoline classes which also includes a well rounded portion of muscle sculpting. It's challenging but worth it!

A great workout but it's HARD. I've noticed the few classes I've been to all the participants are in top notch shape. It's hard to "fake it" when u r up and down on a trampoline. Are usually don't sweat but I was dripping in sweat after the work out.
I love how the studio is out of the way from busy shopping Center's because it makes parking so much easier. These little details really matter. My only wish is I wish there were showers, you are definitely going to sweat! And also if they provided towels.

I love it when an instructor is super sweet but then commands the mic and kicks your booty in the best way! This was my first time trying a bounce class and of course my friend and I signed up for a 2 class instead of a 1...whoops. The girl at the front desk did warn us that it was going to go pretty fast which I appreciated. If you have experience picking up choreography you will be fine but if you are a total newbie I would recommend starting with the level one class. Class itself was great...we bounced and got in a little toning which left me feeling awesome! Can't wait to bounce with Paula

I love coming to this studio. I've been coming here for over a year and can honestly say that I'm much stronger and have more endurance than before.
This is the perfect place for me to workout since I have bad knees and suffer from shin splints, however I'm still able to get a crazy awesome workouts since the trampolines provide cardio at a low impact.
I also tend to get bored easily and the instructors are always switching things up, and I love new challenges.
This is definitely the happy hour I'm always excited to attend :)

I haven't been, but based on the friendly owner and their ability to work with me on pricing has lead me to leave 5 stars for them.
The mini trampoline idea is a great way to get people "bouncing" not just on the bed, but during a workout routine.
I believe it works, just have to find the time and money to support it.
Best of luck to them! I hope they get a lot of male clients to join, as it seems to be mostly women but I think this would be a great way to get men in shape since it seems fun!

--STUDIO-- Barre and bounce studios are both inside. It is a small studio; you first enter the front desk, then the barre class is the second room, and the bounce class is the third room. Bathroom is in the barre area. Mirrors galore-- I love mirrors in a fitness studio.
The bounce studio has a garage door, so it was lifted up entirely which lets in a ton of natural light and fresh air.
White walls and minimal decor.

I did one session at bounce society as a free trial. I wanted to see how it was before I committed myself to purchasing a membership. My experience with the class was excellent. The instructor was quite good. Why the four star instead of five? It is entirely about the price of membership versus the hours of operation. Except for Monday's the only classes they have are in the morning. While their prices are on par with the high end gyms their class session hours are not. If you have your mornings free and are in the Newport Beach or Costa Mesa area then this is an excellent specialty gym for
