Julia is wonderful. I live over an hour away and called the office to see if they could fix my HP LaserJet. Julia answered the phone and we discussed my options with the printer. After several very helpful answers, we decided that it would not be worth the cost to fix, however, Julia did give me some helpful tips to see if that might fix the issues.
After trying her tips, my HP LaserJet is now working.
Julia also sent me a quote for toners for my other LaserJet. This company's prices beat amazon and I will now be ordering all of my toner from here. (I have 3 laserprinters)

I had two HP printers in the office that were jamming constantly and it was effecting efficiency throughout the workday.
