Established in 2009, the office of Dr. Melinda Beck, DDS has provided a wide range of dental services that include high-quality restorative dentistry, cosmetic dental services, and we also offer children's dentistry in addition to geriatric care.

I've had the privilege to be one of Mindy's patients for several years while she had her practice here in Ashland, Oregon. She is one of the most professional, kind and courteous dentists I've ever experience and I would have no problem recommending her to any of my friends or family members.

There is no substitution for your natural teeth and we will make every effort to help you keep your teeth for as long as possible. The most important aspect of dental health is home care and oral hygiene. No matter how perfect your home hygiene is, no one can completely remove all of the plaque and eventually this turns into tartar and then calculus.
We love kids! There is a reason the TV show "Kids Say the Darndest Things" was so popular. They make every day extra special and unique. We want every child to enjoy coming to see us and make every effort to provide quick, painless, quality dentistry. The #1 reason adults are fearful of the dentist is due to a poor childhood experience.

For starters, I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 7 years. I was extremely nervous going to a new dentist. Especially because there are some dentists that I've been to who have told me I needed things that I really didn't.
Let me tell you, I had the BEST experience of my life. Yes, and that's coming from a 6am appointment (thank God, I didn't have to miss work!). Dr. Beck is not only amazing at dentistry but she made me feel SO comfortable. Seriously, I didn't want to leave. Haha, and I have NEVER said that about any of my health related appointments.

The office staff is friendly and the place is cute but the customer service is horrendous. I showed up for my appointment and they were running behind. I was on my lunch break so I had to leave. Then she charged me $50 for a "no show" even though I was there and it was the dentist who was running late. When I explained the situation she still insisted on the charge. I will NEVER recommend this place - find a fair dentist, this place is not!

Dr. Beck was so great! It had been 10 years since I had last been to the dentist and I was pretty nervous as to what state my teeth were in. Both her and her assistant were wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable and my teeth look amazing! She also came up with a treatment plan for me and went through it with me so I understood. I highly recommend going to her.

Dr. Beck was very professional and answered all my questions. I've spent a lot of time in dentists chairs and found Dr. B very understanding and showed interest in helping me with my dental needs. I just had eye surgery and getting knee replacement surgery in a few weeks , she was very knowledgeable of my situation and took the time to explain everything and what precautions we'll need to take.
I didn't feel rushed or talked down too. Never thought I'd look forward to going to the dentist. The entire office staff was very friendly.

Good visit! I don't love going to the dentist but it was fine. The office was a little hard to find but only because it's a bit secluded. When I got there for my early AM appointment, the office was pretty much empty and very clean. The staff all had Covid related PPE and the office seemed to be updated for new regulations. Dr. Beck and staff were professional and friendly. Thanks!

Dr. Melinda Beck is an amazing dentist, has a professional and friendly staff, together they create welcoming atmosphere. She is gentle, puts patient at ease, and has a great sense of humor. Informs, educates and involves patient to understand procedure, and make a good decision on the next step. I appreciate her effort and flexibility to find a best time - quality-financial solution possible, and her connections to top class specialists if needed. Dr. Beck has an extensive knowledge and continues her education attending seminars. She is passionate about her job and patient well-being.

Dr. Beck was so kind to stay open late to take care of a dental emergency I had. She was so kind, gentle and professional, I decided to switch from my current dentist because I was so pleased with the care I received from her. I have since returned for a teeth cleaning which I was also pleased with. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I have since recommended her to friends.

I have a had a handful of dentists (due to moves) over the past five years and Dr. Beck is by far my favorite. She actually does the cleanings herself and it isn't painful at all. She also fixed a chip tooth and was very patient as we shaped it to exactly the way I wanted - no tenth of a millimeter difference was too small a request! Dr. Beck and her team make me feel very relaxed and we actually have fun during the appointment chatting (as much as is possible to on my end haha).

I THINK THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO!
While getting a filling she had to teach her assistants almost everything it seemed and correct them on multiple occasions for doing something that was wrong during my procedure. It looked as this caused her attention to be shared which in my opinion looked to really impact her quality of work.
Her dental office is in a "portable" and, in my opinion, is SMALL and the exterior is run down. There also was a HUGE spider hanging in front of the entrance when I tried to walk in!
Lastly, she was not understanding with me AT ALL,

My existing dentist was not covered by my insurance and he wanted to do some extensive dental work at a significant cost. So I decided to get another opinion from someone covered under my plan. The total experience was wonderful. The reception got me scheduled quickly, the Dr's hours are great (including Saturday), and the location is easy to get to just off the 5 freeway at Sand Canyon. When I arrived I did not have to wait, and the office was very clean. Dr Beck was very professional and extremely personable. She ended up not recommending the work of the other dentist which saved me considerable

I just recently started going to Dr.Beck and couldn't be happier. She is always so thorough and explains everything she is going to do in detail. She also really takes her time to make sure you are comfortable. The office is really nice and clean as well. I've been very happy with my experience there and I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Beck.
