It all started back in the year 2000, when we decided to bring Mexican food and culture-fresh, authentic, warmth-to the northwest edge of the Atlanta metro area. While it's true we're nestled here in Cartersville, right in the heart of Bartow County, you might say Los Arcos is a world away from Georgia!
Between the vibrant Latin atmosphere, almost-famous margaritas, authentic Mexican cuisine, and ever- friendly staff, guests here at Los Arcos enjoy feeling momentarily whisked away to a distant Mexican province. For nearly 20 years, we've sought to become the most loved Mexican restaurant in Cartersville.

Services
Just moved here from out of town and this is my number one Mexican restaurant! Delicious food, awesome service and a wonderful atmosphere. Love the new building. The cheese dip with jalapenos is the best and their chips are thin and crispy, delicious!. Our go to Mexican Restaurant! Was there yesterday for the Great job to the staff for speedy service and great atmosphere!.

Los Arcos delivers in food, hospitality and ambiance as a restaurant. It's a nice place....
Having said this, I personally believe the restaurant is taking advantage of its patrons. Each meal had additional charges added to the bill. In example, a children's burrito had an extra charge of $2.50 for cheese, $2.00 for sour cream, $1.50 for LETTUCE. A child's meal is typically $5.00. If Los Arcos is going to nickel and dime patrons, just add it into the original cost and be honest. The waiter didn't mention any upcharges, and then said its their new system on how they

The food delicious and service was excellent . We sat on the patio and was disappointed it has not been updated and run down. Chair seats. Need to be recovered. And trash removed..pails and garden hoses . Planters had weeds. And hopefully someday they will get the fountain working. They need to spend some money on repairs.

To Go Order was fast, but… I asked for 2 cheese enchiladas, rice & beans. They asked, “Anything else?” I said, “Yes, a little side dish of the chipotle sauce they use on the chicken chipotle,” (as I love to add this sauce on top of the cheese enchiladas). I also said, “No chips and salsa.” I spoke loud and clearly. I should have checked my receipt when I picked up and/or the contents of the bag, but I didn’t. When I got home there were chips & salsa, but no chipotle sauce. I don’t think I was charged for it, but not sure. I live about 10 minutes away. The food really was not at

Food is good! I like their beef hard tacos. The ground meat is sometimes raw inside so make sure and ask for them to cook it well. They have colored taco shells. My parents enjoy their caldo de pollo (chicken soup). Typically La Parilla is my favorite Mexican place to dine at, or hacienda Vieja off 92 in Woodstock, but I'll add this to my list as well when I'm visiting family.

For a first visit it wasn't half bad. My 16oz house frozen Margarita really hit the spot and they certainly didn't skimp on the alcohol! The chips and salsa weren't bad, but the chips weren't homemade either....too bad. We didn't order appetizers. Not certain if they had beer on tap, but the hubby ordered a Coors Light and he was told it was bottled; not a problem and it was cold. Our dinners were actually pretty good and not badly presented, but the guacamole, looked as funny as the sour cream.....that was depressing, but the taste wasn't bad.
