Village in the park is amazing! They upkeep the apartments and our landscaping is impeccable, if you have any questions there is always someone available to reply. Maintenance was getting a unit ready the other day, and I had a zoom meeting. I asked maintenance if they could halt for my meeting and they were so silent I forgot they were even there. I will recommend VIP a hundred times over. Our building is attractive, spacious and all of the tenants are nice, quiet and sweet. It's very affordable and has all amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher and basement storage.

The response time was great in terms of contacting us for a showing even during Covid. However when my sister and myself went to tour here the lady who showed us around was extremely rude toward my sister. We speculate that it’s because she has an “alternative” appearance (piercings, tattoos, buzzed hair) but every time the leasing agent spoke to her she did so very rudely. My sister felt very hurt and needless to say we will not be living here. When we first arrived on the property we were a little early so we waited in the car until our appointment time, the leasing agent approached our

Village in the park apartments. I lived here for 9 months, those nine months were great while living there. My apartment was nice I had a washer and dryer the beautiful and nicely done courtyard was updated with new flowers and plants.! My children love riding there scooters and bikes, or I would grill out and chill with friends.
Teri and her team are great people I really trust her and the maintenance staff, the grounds keeper Allen. Everyone was nice, respectful, and did a good job on fixing any issues (those where far and very few if not any at all.)

I had moved to the area for my first job out of college, and the minute I drove up it felt warm and inviting. Progressing from the tour to looking at others around, it became an easy decision to live there. There is a courtyard in the center of the east side with where you can take a stroll and get lost in the nature feeling there. The staff are very courteous and are timely in requests and outside maintenance in every condition. My personal favorite is that the paths are always shoveled clean right after snowfall for everyone to walk through. Going the extra mile, they even plowed each stall clear

Great place to be! Terry and Mickey are very kind and life at this location was wonderful. A big plus is that in the winter the lot was always plowed before I went to work. The apartments themselves were clean and very enjoyable to live in. I loved my experience living at VIP and would recommend it to anyone!

Very decent place to live. The apartments are very basic yet have a good amount of space. They have a workout room available with all kinds of equipment.
The negatives that I have is 1.) The storage units in the basement are too small especially when u have more than one person for an apartment. Hard to fit everything in it. 2.) The upkeep of the property in the winter season is terrible. A hired crew is supposed to do the upkeep and they do a terrible job. I have had to trudge through inches of snow even after a few hours after the snow fall, they don't salt the sidewalks very well. My pregnant
