Great place to live! It is in walking distance to the grocery store and Target. Also a salon, coffee shop and some other stores are right across the road including a gas station. Laundry in every building really helps a lot too, so I never have to leave my building to go to a laundromat. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. I would recommend this community to friends and family if they are looking for a great place to call home. By the way, their pool is great too! It's always nice to have some amenities when you are renting, as many communities do not offer them.

Okay I really don’t understand all these bad reviews, maybe different section of the complex or something. The apartment is perfectly fine for the price.. you’re living in Franklin I personally do not think it’s expensive especially after moving out and seeing the same price rents in other areas that aren’t as good. No it’s not a luxury apartment at all but I was more than content with it. I see a lot of comments about the cabinets and I agree they’re not the best because they’re just repainted over and over again without being sanded but they’re also not bad at all and I’m pretty

We lived at Mission Hills for 6 years, in the pet friendly building, 2 bedroom. We loved the location, had friendly neighbors, maintenance and the leasing office were friendly and the 2 bedroom apartment had nice space! We have a house now but one thing i miss is the walk in closet at the apartment.

These apartments are ok for the price, but nothing fancy. They are within walking distance of a Target and Pick n Save which is pretty convenient.
Maintenance has been fairly quick to address issues up to this point though they don't always communicate if/when they are coming. One complaint about the kitchen is that the cabinets/drawers do not have handles and frequently stick, so they are challenging to open since there is nothing to grab on to except the thin edge of the door/cabinet. After moving in we had some problems that we weren't to happy about. After expressing our concerns they were able to meet us half way and resolve the issues we had discussed.
I would rate the area a 5 star, we never have problems with the neighbors, never have problems with late night noise, everyone respects each other which is a big thing for us as we have a daughter.

I lived in this apartment for about 2 years and overall my experience was great. The staff is very helpful and it is overall a really nice area to live in (walking distance to Target and a grocery store!). I moved out early for a new job and the apartment was released before my lease was up so I did not have to pay for those final months, which I really appreciated. I also got a majority of my deposit back (minus cleaning of areas that I did forget to clean, and even then the cleaning fee was very reasonable).
