This place is cool. Me and my team had lunch here a few weeks ago and i was amazed at the restaurant and food. I got the rack of Lamb plate with potatoes and vegetables. I love the Garlic bread here too. Lamb was tender with lots of flavor and Rosemary. They also offer wine and champaign. Keep in mind, This is an expensive place to dine out and eat. Love the fact we sat outside and you can see the view of the beach. More of a beachfront family restaurant. Great waiters and staff here. They took care of our table. Id love to visit here again.

Sitting here at Dizz's basking in the atmosphere, food, service. Incredible! I had Sand dabs - best I've ever eaten. My partner is still enjoying his duck and said it's the best he's ever eaten (he's very fussy!). Vegetables cooked so perfectly the taste is divine. Our server is like a friend you've known for years. Why haven't we come here sooner??? 100 stars! Thank you Dizz's As Is for a lovely romantic evening. See you again soon.

Had an amazing date night here and Lexie our server was amazing!! I’m eating sugar free/low carb and she and the kitchen crew were so accommodating!! She personally made the red wine/olive oil lemon dressing for my salad and it was soooo good! She ensured that everything was what we needed and I’m so glad we came here. Steak was perfect medium and so tender. Loved everything including the staff and ambience-will definitely return. Thanks Lexie for making our night absolutely perfect! :)

My first time in Laguna Beach and I made reservations as it was in walking distance and I did not want to drive. I ordered the lamb pops with a side of veggies. Absolutely amazing. The lamb was tender and the flavor was out of this world. Nothing fancy but damn good. The veggies were tender and very tasty and they threw in some potatoes for good measure. Small local place but extremely amazing food. I can't wait to come back and try something else. This is certainly the "go to" place for locals, as I observed.

Parking ???? We parked a half mile down the street & then risked getting killed on PCH as there is no sidewalk on the northbound side. We sat at the bar and had a drink prior to being seated. The hostess and the bartender did a fine job.
When we were seated we waited 10 mins for someone to ask if we needed anything,or even drop off a menu. Finally we were brought 2 shots of vermouth and a plate with some cat food on it that they called liver Pate.
The waiter wearing a mask and a hispanic accent was hard to hear and understand when he called off the special's.

This was an average meal with excellent service.
The meal starts with complimentary chicken liver pate with buttered toast and a small glass of vermouth. Nice touch but the pate was bland and a bit too coarse for my taste.
Our entrees, chicken marsala with linguine and the fish of the day 4 oz portion of swordfish with a peppercorn cream sauce were both a bit overcooked. The marsala was bland. The swordfish was dry.
Disappointed in a restaurant that has been around among time but it could have been an off night.

Ordered pickup/takeout. once I got there was told to wait a few extra minutes, a few turned into 30. I go back in the chef explains to me the food has been sitting there the whole time as the 4 employees who had 0 people to attend to in the empty restaurant sat chatting at the bar. this place also smells like rank old granpa farts.

This building was originally owned and run as a roadside cafe by my Great Grandparents. My 91 year old mom still talked about the summers she spent there as a child, sleeping upstairs and watching the car headlights dancing across the windows as they made their way down PCH.
A favorite hang out for the locals, Dizz's is STILL my all time favorite restaurant anywhere! I could dine just on the homemade pate but why limit the pleasure?! The menu is creative and everything is delicious.

Special occasion place for us. We had not been in many years.
Our Anniversary is on May 5 so we never go Mexican on our special day!
However no matter where you go it's very quiet (if it's not Mexican).
Food is outrageous!!! Such a fun and different experience.

The ambience is perfect with indoor, outdoor seating, cozy firepit and loved how it was decorated. Great place to sit at the bar area. And the food was amazing too. we had rack of lamb and Prawns and Pasta. It was as tasty as it could be! Eventhough best to eat it there but we took it to go and it was very well packed and convenient. The young lady at the bar who took our order was very pleasant quick and courteous. An amazing night alltogether. They were out of Escorgot so we have to go back again yipee

This little patch of sunshine resides in the heart of Laguna Beach, where love and laughter prevail. I have have been frequenting this restaurant and bar for quite sometime now and I have to say all of the staff are absolutely delightful!! Colton the bartender is a very nice, welcoming, heartwarming Individual who damn sure knows how to get me feeling no pain and all gains. If you are in the lagtown area you won't be disappointed spending a little time, energy, and vibes here at this perfect paradise!

Service: Very attended to. Dominic, the owner, came out to speak with us towards the end of our visit and this man looked like he works really hard.
Decor: Everything and anything you've ever wanted. It took me a bit to realize that the table clothes were all different and everything was all different but this was the theme of the place! Maybe that's why it is called Dizz&apos

This place is a hidden gem. And we finally had the opportunity to try their outdoor patio. Very cozy spot next to the fire pit.
This is real European cuisine, but not French. The French eat everything we throw away. Not here. It's the best of the best.
After a Mai Tai (5 stars) and a Creamsicle Martini (6 stars) we started with the
Honey Ginger Shrimp. A little on the pale side. Probably needed another minute. Nevertheless, the sauce was perfect. Caesar Salad one of the most authentic ever. Just the right amount of anchovy. French Onion soup is a must. It's bold and rich in flavor

You can thank me later. I got it medium and it was perfectly tender yet not so bloody. The presentation was amazing. Loved the green beans and carrots, as well as mashed potatoes that came with it cuz #BALANCE.
Husband got the Cioppino that came with fresh tasting seafood. The sauce was rich and had a deep flavor. There was crab, shrimp, lobster and fish. I especially loved the presentation- it came in a cute orange mini stone pot which created a really homey feeling.
Oh and I almost forgot! The house made pate

This is for their takeout experience. The staff seemed very nice, so this is strictly about the food.
This food is pretty gross and WILDLY overpriced. I wish I took photos of my Chinese prawn pesto pasta disaster to prove my review is not dramatic... $34 for flavorless (literally flavorless) shrimp and WET pasta with store bought pesto. It came with a side "Caesar salad" with probably a half a tablespoon worth of dressing. FOR REAL. My boyfriend got the mushroom and spinach ravioli with marinara. Hubby and I took a day to see the Pirate Tower at Victoria Beach and we were parked across the street from this Gem... We were seated immediately on the Patio... Didn't know what to expect.... Was not disappointed.... I had the Filet Mignon... Hubby had the Stuffed Cornish Hen... From the Pate to the Honey Shrimp Appetizer... The Salad and French Onion Soup... Delish... The best was our Waitress Sunshine.. She explained everything and was so friendly... Will definitely be back....
