Services
Taqueros Mexican Restaurant is a local San Juan Capistrano Quick Service Mexican Restaurant. We serve a combination of authentic mexican food while fusing local American tastes into our menu! To say it has been a long, arduous journey is quite an understatement. After years of early mornings and long days in the kitchen, the Lezama family has built Taqueros to a beautiful, well-loved Mexican Restaurant.
We don't know who started Taco Tuesday or who made it so famous. All we know is there is someone out there who did this world a great service by starting it. Now every Tuesday, friends come together with beers in hand and tacos in front of them. Is there anything more beautiful? At Taqueros Mexican Restaurant we actively continue this tradition.

For over a decade, Taqueros has been bringing families and the community together to share Mexican culture through authentic cuisine. Tacos Al Pastor is a dish originating from Central Mexico, which is prepared from pork marinated in a variety of dried chilies and spices.

If a restaurant doesn’t care enough to put basic Spoons & forks in delivery order it shows a lot! We got enchiladas & caritas plate which we couldn’t even eAt comfortable because we were at a hotel and they did not provide utensils 🍴 so frustrating! Also they didn’t provide any Limon or salsa everyone know carnitas needs limon! They literally did the bare minimum. Sorry but no effort or consideration on delivery orders .

We absolutely love this restaurant, but the online ordering consistency and accuracy of orders needs help. The past few orders were ordered in advance and by the time we get there we get the same response… “we just received this order and we’re getting to it right now”…. 30mins later… “it’s almost ready”. Keep in mind, I end up waiting long enough to see orders taken in line filled well before my online order is handed over. What’s the point of online ordering if that’s the case?
Plus, once we finally receive the order it ends up being wrong 9/10 times. This is a very tough

Food was good and on par with standard Mexican tacos. What was really lacking was the service and friendly atmosphere. Order for 6 tacos and one drink took over half an hour. While this might be overlooked because of the lunch hour what was really noticeable was the disorganization and lack of customer service approach to order taking, calling out the orders and just the overly experience.

I came to see a friend do the Chupacabra 6lb enchilada challenge. I was going to do it also but I forgot my big fork and spoon. There's no way of doing this with their plastic utensils. I stuck with the carne asada burrito served wet and two cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. The meal was very good but the wet style was kinda watery. I like a heavier sauce. They we're slammed with all the people watching the challenge but service was very good. The employees were very nice.
It was an added treat since Magic Mitch also did the challenge. Dang I wish I brought my utensils lol. Another person
