Jim and Team (especially Helen) really take great care of potential and more importantly regular customers. I was blown away by the additional review process they did when evaluating all the various options I had for car insurance, and we have a number of vehicles, so it was important the right company and policy was selected. Not only that, but I've had to make a number of additions and changes and inquiries and they have gotten back to me in no time flat. They offer a friendly and customer oriented demeanor and I'm a big fan at this point. I hope to bring them even more business
