To help you prepare for your visit, we have provided information about our financial policies. We base the patient portion of your bill on our most current data provided by your insurance company. There are several factors that can affect this estimate. Insurance companies do not inform us of any changes to your benefits.

EP True Dental always takes great care of me and my teeth! I started being seen by Dr. Olberding after wanting a second opinion on a few cavities. While he also found the same cavities, him and his team were very understanding of my adult fear of the dentist and having work done. They make the experience easy and painless.

It was a very sunny day to venture out and brighten my smile. I am a big fan of small locally owned businesses, and will always support their endeavors. To this end, I decided to walk into this lovely hidden gem off of EP True Parkway. The vibe as you walk in is one that makes you smile. The staff was friendly and eager to meet and greet someone new. The dental hygienist was fun and the dentist was beyond hilarious especially when we talked about some down home chicken wings, hmmm. I have been a 15 year+ customer at EP True Dental and have had numerous, negative run ins with the attitude and customer-service challenged office manager, Shawna, including a no-notification cancelled appointment. I tolerated the front desk attitude and the mid-pack dentist because the hygienist staff (Rhonda) walks on water. As I recently became a new Medicare and United Healthcare Advantage customer, my insurance coverage at EP True Dental changed and I am covered by a no-questions-asked, $1000 per year allowance for dental coverage (actually a better deal for the practice than my previous

I've known Dr. Olberding for years and he is such a great guy. He and his team do such an excellent job every visit. And they are willing to bend over backwards to accommodate any needs. My whole family and I have been going here since I can remember. Dr. Olberding and his staff are all super friendly and great at what they do. Easy to make appointments and if I have ever had any toothaches or pains they have always taken care of me and squeezed me in right away. Their online client portal makes it easy to pay your bills and see appointments. I highly recommend going here!

I had a tooth that was given me lots of pain and I was desperate for relief....I checked with several dental offices in my area without any satisfaction. They were either booked until whenever or costly. Not having dental insurance and being on a fixed income it was starting to look like I wasn't going to get the relief I needed. I parked my car in front of a dental office to look at my cell to see what other dentists were available in the area and something told me to call the dental office I was parked in front of....to my surprise the sweet gal at the front desk worked me in!! I have been going to this dentist office since I arrived in Wdm. I have never had to wait for longer than like 2 minutes to get in. They are so quick at getting you in for your visit from the waiting area. I have never been able to read an article while waiting.
I appreciate the fact that they are innovative in technology and text appointment reminders. They used to call but this saves the receptionist time as well.
They even were able to see my boyfriend once on an emergency visit and get him squeezed in.

Shawna, a woman claiming to be the office manager, was extremely rude, arrogant, and judgmental. I, nor any of my friends or family will ever return to this office again because of her rude, arrogant tone along with her ridiculous refusal to answer simple questions that we had for her. We do not recommend ever going to this place as they are very unpleasant to deal with.

We moved back to the area a year ago and since we'd been gone awhile and were in a different side of town we researched and chose new medical providers. My wife and I both go to EP True Dental and are very pleased.

I started going to EP True Dental several years ago and even though I've left the West Des Moines area, I still travel back to see Dr. Olberding and his staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone is very friendly. I love walking into the office, being recognized by name and talked with like a friend and not just a client. My hygienist is amazing - she is one of a kind!
I also love the fact that they have a online client portal that allows for easy access to appointments, billing, etc.
