My 2018 Audi S6 developed a strange noise. Couldn’t quite figure out where it was coming from so I brought it in to Blair. Turns out it needed a new drive shaft. They were able to source an OEM replacement for me and had it installed within a few days. While it was there I decided to have them do a couple extra things. They lowered the car a few inches with a VCDS tool that manipulates the factory air suspension. The car looks great and has a nice stance now. They also modified my factory sport exhaust with an X pipe. The car sounds great and it really brought out that V8 sound. Overall I am

First time visit with a new to me European car. Was impressed with the treatment, service and facility. Everyone was pleasant to work with, the invoice was explained in detail and the customer lounge was a great place to work out of for a few hours. I chose Blair after having two of my Porshe vehicles serviced at the dealer I purchased them from. Having grown tired of decreased service and increased costs during the past few years, I decided to give Blair a try. I think you can get a true measure of a company when things go wrong. I had some struts replaced on my BMW, and unfortunately one of the struts turned out to have a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately it didn't show itself until the strut was driven on for some miles. I called up the shop as soon as I noticed the problem, and left a message over the weekend. Robert called me first thing Monday morning and immediately got me in to have it taken care of. Over all great people, experience, professionalism. I setup an appointment for a wheel alinement since I had just purchased new tires. I was greeted with a smile. I had decided to wait in the newly remodeled lounge area. The staff offered to take to my office instead of waiting. Very nice for them to ask. After a cup of coffee my car was ready. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Blair Automotive. I'm definitely coming back!

Turnaround time was 24 hours for (4) new shocks/struts, springs, upper and lower control arm bushings, 4-wheel alignment, high pressure fuel pump and oil change. Impressive!!! Shop is very clean and they have an updated waiting area.

Outstanding service. I had to have my car towed here for a failed starter. I'm really, really happy I did. I've had my Mercedes for 8 years and this place is by far the best. I didn't feel lied to which is huge for me. I've had my car serviced at Mercedes from day one and I've always paid for stuff I didn't go in "needing".
Anyway, with that being said, I did not experience that at Blair. As a customer I feel honesty and integrity is priority here.

First time using Blair Automotive but will definitely not be the last. The guys were very knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service, and got the service done same day. I generally go through the dealership for all service but after calling a few places for quotes on brake pads/rotars for my A6, Blair came in well under the dealership and exceeded them in all areas. Awesome shop. I've particularly enjoyed working with Yohan and Jon over at Blair. Extremely professional and aren't hard sellers. They inspect whatever you need and let you make the decision. I wanted to do further work with this shop on my Audi s5 however they decided to kinda rip me off instead. I had originally called them asking about a carbon cleaning service I thought I needed cause my car was misfiring. They told me they would need some diagnostic time with the car as a misfire is a result of multiple variables. It could be ignition, it could be fuel, or it could be compression and they'd need to run some tests.

I was able to sneak in a pre-purchase inspection same day (also within 1.5 hrs of closing) on a 2014 z4 sdrive35i here at Blair. I've heard good things about this shop and finally was able to experience the quality of service I was told they provide. I've always known them as Audi/VW guys, but was elated when they recently added BMW capability. The waiting room is comfortable and different (video games available), but was a bit quiet and awkward as you sit next to a few other folks - bring headphones. I took my Porsche to get its oil changed here. Facility is very nice and clean- plenty of space to sit and relax if you're waiting for your car. Wifi is available as is a variety of video games to keep you company.
Staff is friendly and they took my information and got started on my car right away since I had set up an appointment.
They originally said it would take an hour, but it ended up being closer to an hour and 45 minutes, so take that into consideration if you're in a time crunch. I personally would rather have a job done right than be rushed, but it's worth mentioning
