Hello, my name is Michael Muirhead and I am one of the owners of Texas C.A.R.S. I am very excited to bring our automotive concierge service to the Addison Area. I have been in this industry since 1999 and started as a Service Advisor. Texas C.A.R.S. is a branch of my original company, Oil@Work. All that time has allowed me to work with multiple properties and property managers throughout the metroplex.
Every vehicle eventually starts to show signs of age, but through the use of preventative maintenance you are able to keep your car running longer. Catching a problem early allows you to potentially save thousands on more costly repairs down the road, and thanks to Texas CARS, LLC's concierge service, you no longer have to try to fit essential maintenance and repairs into your busy schedule.
Michael is always professional. One thing I appreciate about him is he takes his time to talk to you, walk you through things and never "pushes" you into doing work. He suggests what is most critical and then lets "me" the customer make a decision. This is the greatest thing since the invention of Dr Pepper!

The men here were great which I was so grateful for. I purchased a cash car(2006 Honda Accord)which I thought had a few minor problems. I spoke with Mike and was so knowledgable and honest about the repairs I may need. Took my car here and they found alot of safety hazards problems with the car, as well as put new motor mounts on the car. They were able to fix everything at a good price which other automotive shops were charging me double the price. This is my new home to get my car repair

Texas Cars have been awesome to me and my car for many years. My car is older and needs lots of TLC so we see them fairly frequently. They are honest, and thorough and explain to me what "needs" to be done, what "should" be done and NEVER try to sell me. Last time I saw them I told them I needed my brakes done and they took a look and told me my brakes are fine.If you need a mechanic- go see them, give them a try and you will sleep better at night next time your car has a bad day...

Super honest and a pleasure to work with. Mike was great. It was my first time at Texas CARS, so I was apprehensive about how honest they would be. I asked for a general look-over of my car, in preparation for a major road trip hauling a trailer. He could have made up all kinds of problems. Instead he only proposed work which I already knew needed to be done. And he gave me a great price. In addition, in his estimate, he included an alignment, which is typically needed after the type of work I was having done. Turns out the alignment was not needed and so he didn’t do it. He could have lied about

I bought a new car and the very next day I clipped a pole trying to park. I took t o several shops. His estimate by far was the best. Brought it to Michael and the next Monday, they picked up from my office. It was ready this morning and looked great. I couldn't tell I had hit anything. exceptional service and exceptional work. I am so fortunate that I discovered Texas Cars many years ago when working in an office building that they routinely serviced. I have left that building and that job, but I still continue to take my car to Texas Cars. I don't want anyone else to work on my car. It is unlikely that I would be able to find a repair facility that provides a better customer experience and does quality work. I have been bringing my car to Texas Cars for 6+ years. They have done everything from oil changes to more extensive repairs.

I was referred to Texas Cars from a friend who was in the business. When he told me he takes his cars here, it was a no brainer. Everyone was so helpful, explained everything in great detail, and the service overall was top notch. I am definitely going to go back for all my car needs. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and that’s responsive. Great overall experience!

I've been dealing with Texas C.A.R.S. for years. Their level of service is nothing less than superb. They have completed so many service procedures for my vehicles I can't begin to describe them all. They are more reasonable than any shop I know if. Additionally, I know unequivocally the work will be completed to perfection and nothing less.
