I walked out to my car yesterday to find a giant red oily stain underneath. Not good! I tried my dealership first and they were booked until the end of October. Other dealers in the area told me they were booked as far out as December. I tried about a dozen local shops before I came across Auto Pros. I explained my situation and they were the first shop that was willing to take a look immediately. Got there and they inspected the car and found no active leak. My “low tire pressure” light/message went on only weeks after a repair place told me they had filled my tires. Called Auto Pros, said I could come right over. Handed them my keys, and 10min later they had fixed my tires and replaced my blinker light bulb. He was amazed that 3 of my tires were at 60 when they should be at 38! He told me how dangerous the other place had made my car, and that he had evened out my tires. When I went to pay him, he wouldn’t take any money from me.
I will be going back here when I need my car looked at. Definitely.

Auto Pros are AWESOME. My friend told me about them. Dealership quoted me $1300 to fix my problem and Auto Pros fixed the same problem for $250. I go to them EVERY time I need my car fixed now and I tell everyone to go to them. I'm planning to move soon and even when I move, I'll drive to Addison to get my car fixed by these guys. I needed a state inspection (ugh! am I right?!) and since my husband had an easy time with them last year for his vehicle, I figured why not give these guys a shot with mine.
First off, they are incredibly quick. I think in total I was there for 10 minutes and that includes providing basic info about the car beforehand, getting the actual inspection done, and paying. Wow!
Tip: Check the VIN on the inspection paper matches your actual VIN. Make sure the O's are supposed to be O's and the 0's are 0's otherwise the DMV will make you go back and correct it!

These poor reviews seem like one off occurrences, and the one complaining about mechanics using bad language (shocker) is posted twice. I've used this place 3 times and have always been surprised by how inexpensive the repairs have been. I do wish they would get a tire machine and do alignments. Oh, and carry out extremely complicated repairs on my S550, but I do appreciate an honest mechanic that will tell me he has no idea how to repair my automatic rear headrests, (yes you read that right.) instead of tearing apart a 100k car to figure it out! Y'all do a great job, quickly too!

Very quick, very reasonable! A friend who found them online and had a great experience referred me to this shop when my brake pad light come on in my car. I asked for a quote from a couple of shops but my friend said they are reasonable, quick and will let you know what is wrong plus the total cost before any fixes are made. I must say that this place over exceeded my expectations. if you are looking for a VERY QUICK reasonable mechanic you should definitely check out these guys.

My fiance came here to have a repair done on his car door. We had come previously and had an agreeable experience, so we thought we would try it out again. Turned out to be a terrible decision. While my fiance had his car worked on, the employees working on his car were literally insulting him in vulgar, obscene ways. I have no idea why they were saying the things they did but they clearly thought we couldn't hear. We were sitting in the waiting room and we could hear very clearly all of the insults they were saying about him. I have never, EVER, experienced this anywhere else and I am absolutely

I have been coming to this particular mechanic since I moved to this area. What kept me coming back was their honest, and friendly demeanor. On my most recent visit, I called in ahead for service on my Ford Mustang, as I usually do. The associate answered politely, and we arranged a time to come in. I came in and needed to wait on my vehicle. Auto Pros as an organization should be very happy that I was the only customer waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at that time, otherwise they would be losing more customers than just me. The obscene language flying from a man in the garage was disgusting
