In 1976 Joseph R. Lobb founded the Joseph R. Lobb, P.C., now known as The Lobb Law Firm. If you have ever been involved in a car accident, you know just how traumatizing it can be-during the accident, immediately following the accident, and for a very long time following. An average of half a million truck accidents occur annually, deaths from large commercial truck crashes reached their highest level in 29 years in 2017. Fatalities from big truck collisions rose, even though the overall traffic fatality rate declined during the same year. In fact, large truck fatalities rose 9 percent, to 4,761-an increase of 392 lives lost over the prior year.
Nearly 5,000 people were killed in motorcycle accidents across the United States in 2017, a decrease from 2016, yet motorcyclists remain "significantly overrepresented" in all traffic deaths. Fatalities for motorcyclists occur 28 times more often than fatalities for those in passenger vehicles, based on per mile traveled.

Personally the way I have been treated with this Law firm is horrible. I wasn't aware of my attorney quitting and my case being picked up from another attorney. I call can not ever speak to my attorney at all left several messages and have not received one phone call back as of yet. Decided to go up there an see the status of my case well I waited for over 15 minutes on top of being very rudely treated by the person who could give me information about my case not my attorney. The entire experience has been stressful on top of being very rudely treated. This firm needs improvement completely
