Loved living here! I lived at bel Aire terrace for about 3 years. When I had ANY problems they addressed in a timely manner. The management and staff were very friendly and receptive. Michelle Snavely, Lindsey and all the staff I can’t remember names were all great. They are extremely military friendly. Move out was a breeze and I did not encounter any unjust charges. The only recommendation I have is don’t wear shoes in the apartment if you have carpets. The carpets are not very durable if you have kids. I loved that the apartment are CEMENT so noise is minimal. The residents mind their business

I'm about to tell you why this place is awesome. You're going to ask, "Oh yeah, then why did you leave?" Simple, I bought a house. But what makes Bel Aire Terrace nice is the office staff, especially Gabriel. Gabriel has always either had an answer, or would actually check on it and get back with us. He never said anything that wasn't so. Buddy from Maintenance is an absolute professional. He was also one of my neighbors in my building and we do miss them. The dog park on property is awesome because living in an apartment sometimes your pup needs to run. There is a nice playground, but I don't

Do not take this place for granted. Staff keeps up with maintenance, they regulate the parking lot and vehicles that don’t belong. They do their job here and that’s what I miss the most! The property is a good size, it’s clean and maintained. They just put in a basketball court and kids play ground and they’re great, we wish we could have indulged more of those amenities before we left. I wish the place had side walks throughout the complex, every one walks/runs on the street but that seems ok since everybody seems aware. Their events are great and they put so much effort into every single

I have lived here at Bel Aire terr. going on 4 years. I loved this place the first time I saw it and said this is my home. I Am always greeted with a smile and kind words from all the employees. If I need help with anything, Joe from the maintenance lives across from me and is always willing to help or tell me what I need to do any time of the day, even on weekends. I can fully put my trust in him. As of right now it looks like they are stuck with me living here as tenant.

This place was great the first month or so. We must’ve gotten the bad apartments because the people upstairs have vinyl flooring so we can hear them, their child and their big dog with every step they take. They told us only first floors have vinyl because of the noise. The walls aren’t very thick. Really just sounds like any other apartment. And the apartments aren’t very insulated well. We have a lot of cold spots. This apartment is nice looking but very far from luxury and not worth the price tag especially with how poorly our apartment was done. They do have a great leasing office so

We have lived here for almost a year now and I can definitely say Bel Aire Terrace apartments is a very well maintained community. The staff makes sure that residents are accommodated, feel appreciated and well taken care of. The communication between staff and residents is very well. The community areas like the gym, pool, and dog park are updated and maintained very well. The apartments itself is modern and spacious. We absolutely love it here.

Excellent place to live!! The pool is absolutely amazing, the gym is great and the dog park is pretty awesome too! What I love best is the effort that the staff puts forth to make a consistent connection with the residents! They work really hard and communication is thorough!
