Amazing apartment to live in. Really clean and attentive owner and maintainer. Not in the most convenient location to many things but really close to work for me and a Publix is being built right down the road now. Fairly priced for how large the apartment is and the extra storage room attached to the porch is amazing. Highly recommend!

Even before I moved into Ashborough I felt at home. During the move in process the office manager Nicole answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Their maintenance man James is always there to help whenever you need him also. It’s such a pleasure having a pool accessible at your back door during the summer time and a dog park for my dogs to play with the other dogs from the complex!

Excellent and personable staff. Essentially just the owner's daughter and son-in-law running the place.
They are professional and there is a contract, yet they recognize the particular needs of those in the military services and often make things easy without actually going through the contract to do things the way it would be ran if it were a chain of apartments ran by random hired folks rather than a family.
Any apartment issues and they will likely have it fixed that day. Rent is pretty good for the size and all the utilities you get with it. I believe electric is the only one not included

I have been in the service for 23 years and now that I am retired, My wife and I wanted a homely place that was quiet and neighborly and so we chose Ashborough because of the well maintained grounds, the manager and staff are so helpful just answer and it is done within a day or two. Current improvements include everything from the lot drainage, to the landscape. It is like a island paradise with a well maintained swimming pool and fitness room. Each apartment has a brand new air conditioning & heating system and as an added plus, new energy efficient water heaters. My electric runs $90 to

Don't let their website fool you. The photos look nice but in reality these apartment units are very old and the complex is slowly detoriating. I would not call these luxury apartments. The rent is very high for a place like this. They raised the rent and a lot of people have moved out. I would advice you to check out Collins Mill Creek.
I lived at Ashborough around 7 years and I have seen this place change from good to bad. I have heard from a reliable source that the Housing Authority are moving people in. This results in an increase of drugs and prostitution.
They recently fired the Manager
