Rent elsewhere! I lived in these apartments many years ago and based on the other reviews, not much has changed since then. Management was very rude and disrespectful. When I moved out, I had to clean the apartment to the standards of it having never been lived in before. I cleaned it three times top to bottom and it STILL wasn't good enough. They would come in and inspect and kept threatening to keep my security deposit so I would go back and clean it again and again. I was so upset over it because I didn't know how much cleaner it could be. Then they had $15.00 taken out of my security deposit

We were living at these apartments for two years. When we first moved in we paid the safety deposit so we could get the key to our apartment. Nothing was up to date in the apartment. After we moved in, everything started to break and or mess up. The dishwasher kept breaking but they would only go and flush it even though it was not clogged. The oven burner broke, and they only replaced the burner with a smaller one that didn't fit, but it kept breaking. When we renewed our lease, we paid ANOTHER safety deposit because they said if we didn't then they would up our rent. Also they kept taking our

I really am in love with my apartment! I love getting to visit the ladies at the front and they always help me get any issues resolved that I may have. They love my service dog and always help in any way they can for us. There are so many new improvements coming to the complex and I’m excited to see them! The maintenance staff always waves at me and if I have a question I can flag them down and get help. They’ve even saved me when I got locked out of my bathroom!

I have lived here in Holly Sands apartments for 3 years. The complex has recently been under new management, and it has made a world of difference for everyone. The ladies in the office listen to any needs and concerns, are fast in their response time, and are very respectful. They always make sure that we are taken care of and have been working so hard to make renting here simple and comfortable. Maintenance always tries to take care of us as much as they can, as well. There have been a few changes around the complex to make it more cozy and accessible (new outdoor painting, new laundry facilities
