Wanted to ship my aunt's body to Indy for burial. This was my first time dealing with an out of town burial. Remembered my sister's furnal was at Sprowl Funeral Home. My burial time was running out and when I called Lloyd and told him of my delimia, he handled EVERYTHING making my problems disappeared. I would like to thank Lloyd and Sprowl staff for their professionalism, concerned attitude and help beyond their responsibility.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sprowl funeral home for my Uncle Roy's funeral. Although it was a sad occasion Sprowl did a excellent job of making us feel welcome with their Love & Care. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Thank you for making my Uncle's home going so sweet & special. I appreciate everything that the staff did ♥️

My family was so pleased with this team of comforting professionals. We quickly returned to them after three appointments and the waited so patiently on us as we made final decisions for our beloved brother Recho Rowell. We found them not sighing at all towards us as we slowly made our plans. They judged not and allowed us to arrange in our way . They never change and as time became closer they became greater. I can’t say enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the loving concern and kindness shown to me during this most distressing time. When I arrived in town I had no idea how I was going to lay my brother to rest because he had no life insurance. But upon making contact with the Sprowl family I knew God had answered my prayers.Everyone was so kind and was willing to go to great lengths to assure me that they were there to help. They helped me tremendously and I was able to give my brother a proper and beautiful memorial service. Again thank you for all the loving care and concern

Wish i could give a higher rating.. but our experience was not up to expectations.
We made sure to pay on time in full no insurance.. but seems like after they got their money the "care and concern" left.
Broken promises to follow up not kept.
As a grieving mother saying goodbye to her daughter, i should have had total assurance everything was perfect.
While Lloyd may have had intentions of getting our business, he failed miserably to provide me the grieving mother correct information. I had family unable to attend and was given WRONG ZOOM MEETING ID AND PASSCODE !!!
HOW EMBARRASSING!!! I
