Mammoth Springs Apartments

We lived at Mammoth Springs Apartments for 4 years. We loved the quick to respond maintenance team. Any time I needed something fixed or looked at, they came within 24 hours! They helped with our bee problem on the deck, checking the dryer filter, fixed a leak on our sink, or even to just change a lightbulb! It is a quiet place to live with no problems from neighbors. Everybody is friendly and you are located with many amenities nearby. Being right on the Bugline Bike Trail is convenient and unique. Just a 5 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. The pool was something we enjoyed every summer

They are leeches who will rip you off. Apartments are good and community is fine but the management is bad.
Dent on garage door was charged $1400 and $714 move out charges for an apartment which we already got it cleaned with professional.
The garage door charge of $1400 they first charged me without an invoice or work order.
When I was moving out I requested them to forward some packages and mentioned that I will be paying for the post. They agreed to post the packages but once I moved out they messaged saying they cant forward packages.
I was going on a month-on-month and gave them 60 day

Use guest space for bridal shower. Nice room equipped with appliances bar and stools. Wall mounted tv.and patio tables with umbrellas, access to pool. Parking a problem

They advertise as dog friendly but don’t allow pitbull mastiffs mix at 50lbs. Wasted our time and money on a application. If you have a medium to large dog I wouldn’t waste the time.

Fantastic place to live. We’ve lived here for almost 3 years and love the amenities, the view and the management. The quarry and the trail offer an opportunity for exercise and recreation and would never guess that you are in a city.very well maintained and would Highly recommend.

I spent two years at Mammoth springs, and I already miss it!
I cannot explain how perfect the location is. You're about 12 minutes from Brookfield which has all of the shopping you could possibly want. And the apartment building itself is on the bugline trail. This helped me get into biking, and take regular walks. living next to a green space like that without needing to haul my bike was all the encouragement I needed to actually use my bike It was amazing. You're between at least three large grocery stores. You can walk to the Sussex library and farmers market.

Mammoth Springs is a great place to live!
My wife and I have lived at Mammoth Springs for a year, and if we weren't looking to buy, we would stay for at least another. The facilities, staff, and overall experience are top notch. Units are beautiful and well maintained. Grounds are clean and there are all the amenities you could ask for. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. In addition, the location can't be beat. Located right on the Bug Line, across the street from bars/restaurants and 5 miles from HWY 94, you get big city amenities and accessibility, with small town comfort

I've lived here for 3 years and I never want to move! Staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance requests get completed in a timely manner, every time. Thank you Mammoth Springs for being the best renting experience I have ever had and continue to have!

This is a great area! Super clean, totally upscale. Pet friendly and everything you need within a short distance!

The maintenance Dept is great! Tracy, Hank and all the gentlemen go out of their way to say hello to us and our kids. Anytime we need something fixed it’s done quickly and with care. Kudos to the crew that worked tirelessly on beautifying the quarry. What a job and it shows!! All that hard work does not go unnoticed!! We love living here!

Please rent anywhere but any property with this management, they will be very nice when showing off and once you sign the lease everything will be horrible, very poor service had to wait for months before… service request is complete. There was no carpet wash or paint done once the lease was renewed.
Also forget about your security deposit if you end up here, you will be told everything is good at the time of move out and then all of sudden you will receive itemized bill for cleaning at 2.5 times market rates and damages which never occurred, they wil charge you for even re painting the

Amazing apartment complex. So Beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond. Our stay has been so relaxing. The apartments are big and modern. Plenty of closet space, and washers and dryers in each unit.

Great apartments. We loved our stay here. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff and maintenance crew were. It seemed like everyone was more than willing to help us with any problems we’ve had. Prices are reasonable compared to some other high quality complexes.

Our family has been here since the beginning. The staff is warm and friendly, and we love to see all the new amenities that are coming in. The new pool is great addition to the complex and has created some fun afternoons for my family and I.

This place is amazing!! One of the greatest amenities is the covered parking. You don't have to clear off the snow before heading to work. The managers are actually caring and thoughtful! They know all the renters by name and if you have any issues they're more than happy to accommodate. If you're planning on moving to mammoth springs, I definitely recommend it.

Our time here was great. The location is excellent. The ladies in the office were so helpful and kind. Snow removal is quick and well done. And some of the new activities they have planned are incredible. I especially love the dog park they put in.

Having lived here for approximately 3 years it is one of the finest places I've lived at. The owner, accountant and maintenance and cleaning crew are fabulous. I don't think you find an apartment that you can call home but I did. The apartments have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and so much more. There are so many amenities i.e two club houses, swimming pool, the pond, fishing and so much more. Thank you Mammoth Springs and to all their staff. Barbara

The staff is great they really went the extra mile to make sure my move in experience was as smooth as possible. The apartments are modern and the appliances look brand new! Maintenance is friendly and always willing to help, whether something is big or small. I am really excited to use all of the great amenities, especially the walking path around the quarry and the outdoor grills. I am so excited to call Mammoth Springs my new home!

Very nice apartments, moderately priced with a super- convenient location. Beautiful landscaping with the quarry right in the middle and the Bugline Trail out the back door. Quiet and secure with heated garage parking. All the neighbors we've met have been very nice and there are social activities for the residents on occasion.
