This place is absolutely a rip off. Mckenzie showed me an apartment which wasn't even my floor plan i had to return all of my furniture and reorder. Mind you EVERYTHING on back order. My kids and I lived in thr floor for 60 days. Parties down by the pool, cookout. Pools packed. Moving out is a nightmare, they change you for EVERYTHING. Nothing but trash.

We stayed at the Monterey Apartments from the years 2016 to the spring of 2019.
Our first years stay I was disappointed in the removal of snow. The following years it continued to improve and we were very much satisfied with the snow removal.
Monterey Apartments has always done a great job keeping up with the balance of chemicals in the outside swimming pool and testing on a regular basis.
The rent is a bit steep but you get a few luxuries to go with your apartment like a sauna and a decent gym in comparison to many other apartment complexes that I have seen.

WORST Apartments. They are crooks and liars. They will have tenants cars towed despite their cars being registered. The apartments smell of smoke and can’t be covered up. The employees are unprofessional and the place is poorly managed. Don’t trust the model they show you, your apartment will be ten times worse! If the money you earn means anything to you don’t give it away to these awful people/apartments.

Unprofessional and straight inconsiderate during times of covid. Mackenzie is aloof when it comes to knowledge of her job and they pro rate EVERYTHING! Even though it took them a month to replace blinds in tenants homes! We should be compensated for the inconvenience! I do not recommend people choose this place unless you want to be berated and overlooked to issues regarding your stay!!! Not happy at ALL PAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

We have lived here for over year and re signed to live here for another year. It is affordable and very dog friendly. They have great amenities like a new pool and tennis court. The maintenance people always come within a few days to fix any problems. The office staff is very nice!
The only problem we have had is with other dogs barking.

Love this place! Great management and maintenance! Things in my apartment almost never break (great quality appliances!) but if something does break, it is fixed the same day! They also have a great online website for maintenance requests and rent payments! I have a first floor apartment facing the woods, i couldn't be happier living in this apartment. I even planted a small veggie and flower garden. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am even sad to be leaving but life calls for new opportunities, spent 5 years here and never had an issue.

The only good thing I can say about these apartments is that they will allow your pets. They also say they don't allow pit bulls but don't worry your dog will run into one there. As for there management skills there are none there. Putting down a pet deposit don't plan on getting it back. I had my unit professionally cleaned and they said that it was cleaned with Windex so they had to re-do it. There units are not how they show in the picture, they are outdated and there rent is very high for that quality. Read before you sign anything and make sure you shop around make this your last resort. If
