Summit Lake Apartments

We had our application denied based on false accusations. It was really upsetting that management did not take the time to let us explain our situation rather then just sending us a denial letter in the mail. The entire situation felt very impersonal.

Rented for 3 years. Fair prices, nice management, matinence was always urgent... all around a great place to live!

I was very happy living at Summit Lakes. The apartment was clean as were the grounds. The pool area was always clean and spotless. Very quiet considering it's a huge complex. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Hartland area. Staff was always polite, concerning and helpful. When maintenance was requested it was always taken care of quickly. If I was ever in a position were I needed to move back to an apartment I would definitely consider Summit Lakes again!!

I definitely enjoyed my Summit Lake townhome.
Pros:
-Garage with direct access to unit.
-Spacious rooms.
-Maintenance answered requests promptly.
-Office staff was friendly and helpful.
-Accepted credit card payments online for rent.
-Maintenance staff cleared snow regularly (albeit, sometimes a little noisily early in the morning, but better than doing it too late and having to leave for work when there was too much accumulation).
-Location is real quiet and conveniently located nearby freeway and Hartland Square.
-I was returned most of my Security Deposit even though there were a couple

We absolutely love living in the Summit Lake apartments. The cathedral ceilings are gorgeous and the apartment itself is just really nice. We love the balconies and the pool in the summer! The staff and maintenance people are so friendly and extremely helpful. My husband and I have never had a better experience with an apartment before! I would highly recommend these apartments! The lake is beautiful and it's just all around a nice place to live! The price is also very reasonable for what you get and the location it's in! We also love that pets are welcome!

My experience was terrible with this company. Management is poor. They are not prompt at all with answering or returning calls they also are very rude people to deal with especially the on sit Maintnece man he is so disrespectful. Will not reccomoned to anyone!!
