This is the only local car shop that I go to, great small town touch given a large town demand. I love this place. I've been taking my car here for a year or two and have always had great service. I never feel like they're trying to get me to pay for something I don't need. Prices are competitive with other repair shops in the area, but trust is an issue which is why I take my car to this shop.

Trustworthy and super knowledgeable family business. I have used them twice so far since moving here. The first time they worked with the tire company to ensure the warranty partially covered the cost of tires that had worn out too soon, as well as handled some small repairs. The customer service provided throughout exceeded expectations. The second time two years later was for a potential issue with the rear brakes. We found ourselves in sudden need of a replacement transmission for one of our vehicles. We briefly considered calling the dealership but decided we would be better off with an independent specialist. I had a small tire issue that had been a problem for a while. And I took it to one shop close by and they just wanted to sell me a new tire and it would take several days without even looking at the problem. I drove over to Auto Solutions and Jeremy came out and took a look at it and immediately fixed the problem and sent me on my merry way. He was busy and it was a VERY hot day but he went above a beyond anyway. I am so impressed by the honestly and customer service I experienced at Auto Solutions. I will be their customer

We can not say enough good things about Jeremy and Kelly and the whole staff at Auto Solutions. If you have a problem with your car they can fix it. We have been taking all of our cars here for years now and they are Honest, Fair and Affordable. Best of all, is the quality of there work, once they fix it.... Its fixed. We've used Auto Solutions for our auto needs for 17 years. The quality of their work is 1st class. They have never pushed for a repair that wasn't needed and work with you to keep your cars running for a long time. Their costs are reasonable; you may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere but with not the same confidence it will hold. We have had 5 different cars serviced by them including currently we have a 14 year old car with 180,000 miles they they are working with us to get to 200,000. I highly recommend.

Great downtown mechanic in Leesburg. Brought my F250 in for some rattling at low RPM. They diagnosed it, pulled up the service bulletin for the Variable Cam Timing Solenoids and repaired it the next next day. Parts weren't as expensive as I feared and only a few hours labor removing both valve covers and replacing the solenoids and gaskets etc. A few days later I locked my keys in my truck up the street and they loaned me the wedge and hook to unlock it. Really solid family-owned shop.

It doesn't get any better than this. I have been taking my Mercedes SUV to them for a number of years and have great experience after another. Took my car to Auto Solutions get an inspection done and owner Jeremy failed my car and said that I needed almost $1000 worth of repairs done on my car before he would pass it. Being skeptical I drove straight to the dealer here in Leesburg and he said that I only needed brake pads replaced and that was all. I knew the pads needed to be replaced because they were replaced about 60,000 miles ago.
He said that the other three items Auto Solutions said I needed repaired were fine. They replaced my brake pads with GM original equipment manufactured brake pads as Auto Solutions uses cheaper aftermarket

Went to Auto Solutions to see if they could plug a tire after getting a screw in it. Jeremy came out, took a look and said, "Good news. The screw did not go into the tire." He double-checked with soapy water, and sure enough, no patch or new tire required. And he wouldn't take any money for his time. Thanks Jeremy!

Honest and excellent service! I called and set up an appointment for a 60K service after checking with the dealer and another shop I've used in the past. Well I saved myself about $800. For repairs That were unnecessary at this time for my vehicle. I'm grateful that they were so honest, that's hard to find these days. This will be my go to place for service and repairs going forward.

I hate to give this review. Why? Because I want to keep this shop and all the WONDERFUL people that work here all to myself. I absolutely LOVE these folks and the work they do. They are fair, professional, and care about their customers. It's like an old school shop where they talk to you. Don't treat you like you don't know anything and, they are fair and reasonable. AWESOME place to get your car fixed! I was told by VA Tire that my brake pads were close and needed to be changed soon..I asked the cost to get them done there and checked at my car dealer...both places were astronomical...so I bought the parts from Toyota and I called Auto Solutions...not only was their fee VERY reasonable, Jeremey informed me that my back ones weren't awful (like VA Tire made them sound...when someone says "if you hear grinding noises, then it's time to get it done"...good GRIEF!) and I could have kept going for a while on them but because I was already there

This place is great. Jeremy is top notch and fair and trustworthy. He has saved me money and hassle numerous times. One example, he was able to patch my run flat tire when no other place would. Saved me buying another $ 250 tire. I got another 6 months out of it which was great! Regular service on my Mini is very reasonably priced. So glad they are here!!
