Talk about an attorney who puts himself in your shoes! Get this-One attorney made fun of my PTSD in front of the Utah Bar and I believe that’s because he doesn’t understand anxiety and trauma. Conversely, Attorney Holdsworth does not act like a therapist or a doctor. He’s an ethical, experienced, compassionate and trustworthy attorney.
What I love the most about his approach is that he answers my questions, he doesn’t pretend to know how I feel- he asks me , updates me on the development of a case, shows up in court and ON time.
You can tell I’m proud to call him my attorney!

Attorney Holdsworth has set the bar too high for Utah lawyers who rip off clients. They seriously have competition in town. He's your attorney if you like to be treated with respect and not be excluded from your case. If you've been wailing at the insensitive Utah Bar to no avail, stop crying - find yourself an inherently good attorney!

If you want a lawyer that is in this for the money only, then David is your guy. He will not fight for you, return your calls in timely manner, or do anything you as the client want. He is just an overpriced guy who sees opportunity and takes advantage of it /YOU. If you want to win your case this guy isn’t a the guy you want on your team.
