Southwest Audio-Visual was founded in 1996 with locations in Springfield and St. Louis, Missouri. Our customers live throughout the Midwest and across the nation. We credit a large portion of our growth to return business from our loyal customers. We hire experienced installers to work in our in-house installation department, and we do not subcontract our installations to third parties like some of our competitors.

Back in June, my wife and I planned to use Southwest A/V for equipment. We had to cancel near last minute for our outdoor speakers rental due to moving our wedding from outdoors to indoors from bad weather. They smoothly took care of us and refunded back full. Thankful for their help.

No clear communication with employees. Granted I only worked for a few days but never got clear answers on how to get paid or how to clock hours. Other reviews with employees saying they never got paid. Never worked with the same people twice. The lady at the front desk can't answer questions on how to get paid. Worked around 10 hours roughly got paid 17 dollars. Manger asked for my account info several times made me feel uneasy. Finally, asked during the interview and while I worked how long it takes and what I have to accomplish to get full time hours never got answers and one person literally

My first communication with Southwest Audio Visual was great. We had several emails back and forth deciding what products with fit best for our setup. We finally ordered the products and they arrived a week later as promised. When I went to pick up the products one of the devices was not what I expected. When I brought up that the product was not as expected the gentleman became very defensive. Telling me it was my fault and he could go pull up the emails to prove it. The employee was extremely loud and disrespectful. He then said he would send the product back and get the one we wanted.
