Critical: Professionalism
They're doing a roof across the street from me and have no consideration for neighbors or ordinances. They started tearing off the roof at 530a. I understand trying to beat the heat, but customer service is part of it. When asked to not start yet, lead responded said he wasn't going to quit. He did try to be nice about it.

The transformation from my old fixer upper to brand new roof was amazing. I had a tree fall on the back corner and damage my rafter as well as some serious wind and storm damage. They took the paperwork I received from my insurance and worked up a bid that fit within my budget! I picked my roof color, and was surprised at how quickly they finished! I felt like their family was helping my family out and always felt at home working with them.
I plan on working with them to update my siding in the future!! 5/5 stars!!
