Thank you so much for your help after the passing of our mom, the staff was so compassionate, professional and understanding. We had to transfer mom from Syracuse to funeral home downstate, we cannot say enough about how Tom and his staff took care of our mom. They stepped up and handled the entire funeral arrangements between the two funeral homes. We are so grateful for the respect and care you gave all of us during our time of grief.

I wanted to tell you how utterly pleased I was the handling of my wife’s funeral. From day one your staff was professional, attentive and caring about my wants and needs. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with each and every aspect of the process. Your staff was impeccably dressed and handled each minute detail. In July I lost both my parents one week apart. The tragedy of losing both parents so close is heart wrenching. Ironically we completed the pre-paid burial services with Lynn at Pirro on July 1, 2019. The process was simple and uncomplicated. I would suggest doing pre-paid burials for you loved one so that the decisions made are made clearly and without pressure. As we moved through the month, my mother passed first. The employees at Pirro are highly professional, compassionate and willing to do what is completely comfortable for your family. The staff here is wonderful. These people aren’t just in it for the business—they truly care. I would highly recommend this place if you ever have a tragic and sudden loss because of their empathetic nature and professionalism.
