Implants and Oral Surgery PC has been serving the community by offering specialized care for implant dentistry and oral surgery in Texas for over 30 years at our Fort Worth location and more than 15 years at our Granbury office. As a small, noncorporate practice, our team is comprised of a close-knit group of individuals with your oral health and satisfaction in mind.
Dr. Humes began his private practice career in 2007. He was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and later moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. There he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, while performing research at the Faculty of Dentistry of Dalhousie University. Dr. Humes has been appointed as lecturer in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Seriously, hands down, with all the frills...this was truly an amazing and very enlightening experience!! Reeling it in, we're talking wisdom tooth extractions here!! Went to a working interview with 5 years of experience. Not only did they say I was under qualified(their opinion). They couldn’t even pay me same day. They told me they had fraudulent issues with their account and said they would contact me. After a week of NO COMMUNICATION, I had to reach out and they still didn’t have a check for me. After a week and 3 days they finally email me. And I go to pick up my check and it’s 10/$ I can go to a gas station and make that much and chipotle for 17/$(for not being certified like you have to be to be an RDA)Not to mention I took a whole day off from

I am Le, a registered nurse who just got 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Humes. It was my first surgery in my life w/ general anesthesia. I have to say it was a good decision to have general anesthesia instead of local one. I felt very good right after I woke up and the bleeding stopped after 6hrs. The surgeon and staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. It was a very good experience. No rush no questionable no stress. I felt secure because I knew I was in a good hand.

I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and the people here are amazing any questions any concerns I had pre and post surgery they were right there to take care of anything and everything. I didn’t have a single issue with anything. It seems like you are not “just another patient” this office gives you that family feeling. I wouldn’t have wanted to have this procedure done anywhere else but here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.!!

Just came here to give a shout out to Master Humes and the Queens Team! From the very first phone call I felt welcomed and assured that I'd be in good hands. I had my wisdom teeth pulled a few Tuesdays ago. As soon as I got home I followed all instructions provided and went right to sleep. After about 3 1/2 hours I was wide awake with moderate pain. Took my medicine replaced the ice packs and continued that routine through the night. The next morning, to my surprise, I woke up feeling like 1 million bucks. Dr. Humes and the staff were fantastic through the whole process of my surgery. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood why and how they were going to do each step. Dr Humes and his staff were absolutely the best. They took care of my husband (and me) with such understanding of the whole oral surgery experience. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Dr Humes explained everything in detail so that we knew exactly what to expect. Everybody always had a smile and there was always laughter (I thought they were having too much fun back there - lol). But they were all business when the time came. His assistants were the best!! Thank you to Dr Humes and his entire staff in Ft Worth and Granbury.

They don't stand behind their warranty at all!!
I've broken a tooth every year since getting full implants top & bottom and spending over $35,000. Supposed to be 10 year warranty but they don't stand behind the warranty at all, as a matter of fact they wanted almost $300 just to see the doctor. I would never ever refer this practice, and after going to a different oral surgeon I understand why it breaks every year now. They use an inferior product!!!
