From the beginning until the end of the project Interstate Roofing could not have been better! Here's just a few. The Interstate team did a great job and stayed within the quoted price (some additional costs were incurred though due. to some unknown rot in the carport).

Interstate is unable to provide free estimates for minor repairs (anything anticipated to be under $725). Instead, we will go out prepared to find and repair the leak on a "time and materials" basis.

Just had my roof completed by Interstate Roofing they did an amazing job from start to finish. They cleaned up the site every single day I never found one piece of trash or roof pieces in my yard even after they left. They were done in 2 1/2 days and so very nice to work with and my roof looks beautiful. I live in a neighborhood where A lot of people are having their roof redone as the homes are 20 years old. Some of my neighbors have had their roofs done and others have gotten bids from other companies and they are all almost double from what Interstate Roofing charged me.

Several years ago, I had a great experience when Interstate Roofing re-roofed my house. Based on that experience, and because the roof is still under warranty, I hired them to replace flashing that had been removed when I recently had my patio cover replaced. Unfortunately, they do not guarantee repairs. I was charged $366 for them to install a small length of flashing, which took less than an hour and did not eliminate the leak. I refuse to throw good money after bad and have advised them that I will never do business with them again.

Waste of time.
Salesman was nice, explained the basics, took a look at the roof, and left. Was professional the whole time. That was about the extent of their service.
He told me I would get a quote the next day when he went into the office. He said he was busy that week, so when I didn't get a quote the next day I waited a full week. No quote.
I emailed him asking for a follow-up, no reply three weeks later.
Skip over this company and save yourself some time.

We received 3 bids and choose Interstate. They did a tear off of two layers of shingles and put a new composite roof (and replaced an existing skylight) and gutters on July. Their sales person was good, low pressure and good at explaining our options. Both the roof and gutter crews were polite. We've only had the new roof for a month, but at this point are satisfied and I would recommend and use them again.

Trying to sell my house. The inspector found some mold in the attic. So I found a guy to come and look at the mold to see what he can do. That company said there needs to be more ventilation in the attic so get a roofer to put more vents in. I called Interstate and was told it's $275 for them to come out and look to see what they can do. And that would be put against the final bill if I have them do the work. I understand service call prices. That's just a little high but ok. Got a call the next day to set up for them to come out and look. The guy that I talked to asked me what was going

Interstate replaced our shake roof with shingles, replaced all the skylights, and replaced all of our gutters & downspouts. They did a great job, on time, and at a fair price. They did a good job explaining the impact on house livability while they were working. No surprises; Great cleanup of the site. Also they explained the option of adding clean-outs to the downspouts... which I love because we live in a heavily treed lot. I would highly recommend them.

I spent a significant amount of time researching roofing companies before choosing Interstate. I read reviews, checked BBB, Oregon CCB, talked to neighbors and friends and basically did everything I could to make a good choice. There are a lot of contractors who talk a good line but don't do good work, and even though they may offer a great warranty, if they go out of business, there is no warranty! So, I wanted an established company that had a solid history. I eventually got four bids; Interstate's price was about in the middle, but even more than the money, I wanted honesty and

If you have a serious leak, don't call this company or do not call them at all. No reliance whatsoever.
Called them on Monday to request a leak repair job. Got quoted potential costs and had to give them a credit card #. Repair job was scheduled for Thursday. Waited all day, no phone call, nothing. Called Heidi, the Receptionist, at 3:00 to see if they were still coming, was told that the repair people would call. No call!!! The following day, Friday, I was hoping someone would call to apologize and reschedule. Nothing!!! Today is Tuesday and still nothing

They didn't show the first visit (too busy) called after four hour window to say didn't make it..
Second visit showed up, on time and courteous, nice guys.
Problem was their fix didn't stop the leak. They state they don't guarantee their work and would charge to come out and look again. (within one month of repair)
Not sure if this is standard in industry.

We had a unique situation with Interstate - we bought a new house, with the seller paying for a new roof prior to closing. Interstate was their selected contractor.
Despite not being the official "client," I was able to correspond with the project manager during the re-roofing process, and he confirmed for me that he would be able to accommodate a few small requests I had.
