Every time my husband and I drop off my dog Bailey to the vet, we get nervous. Only because he gets overly excited (not aggressive) with other dogs and has a very loud bark. Naturally it sounds scary but we know he means well. Our dog is very affectionate and high energy. He can be a handful but every time we take to Kindness Animal Hospital, the staff is so caring, compassionate, understanding of his needs and even play outdoors with him.

I boarded my cat for a week. He's had quite a time of it lately and was not pleased at all to be back in the car much less going to a new place. Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was how clean and peaceful the place was. Second I was pleased to see how the employee's treated the animals and felt they really cared. When Roy went back with the vet tech, I knew I picked the right place to board my cat and I found myself a vet for all my pets.

Dr Morgan is the best. My baby girl is not to friendly but Dr knows best. I have been going there for five years with my babies and also use their boarding services. I always get a call and the staff goes beyond for these paw babies.

Honestly not for me. They were very friendly but none of the workers were on the same page or communicating with each other. Also, I got a estimate of how much my total would be before doing any blood work or shots. ($420). I told them that’s okay I can do that and we went ahead and started getting everything done. They then started doing unnecessary things that I didn’t originally agree to like extra shots, added unnecessary medicine, etc. they never asked at all if that would be okay, or made sure I would be able to afford that, they just jumped in and did it without giving me warning that

We took our baby to get her nails trimmed. What a nice welcoming environment and staff! Although our girl was a bit anxious... mission accomplished! I know for certain she feels better already! Thank you ladies!

Despite the news we received on our pet, I'm endlessly grateful for our vet and all the techs! We had labs sent in and we received timely results! Thank you, Kindness, for endless years of helping my pets through the good and bad!

My dog Bella was sick for three days and couldn’t get into any other vet. Kindness Hospital was able to see her on the same day I called. The vet was very good with Bella and set her up with a treatment plan. My dog was feeling better that evening and is now back to normal. I would highly recommend Kindness Hospital based on my great experience.

My semi feral cat Midnight boarded here for 12 days. I was so nervous about leaving her but we had to make sure she was safe during our move. Not only was Kindness Animal Hospital able to deal with 2 extensions but I'd call and be able to talk to the kennel tech. Much gratitude for keeping Midnight safe to be reunited in her new house with her bestest friend Loki and her favorite human.

I think this is the best animal hospital in the area. Kindness is an appropriate name! On time appointments, thoughtful diagnosis, and great pricing. It's Chica's favorite place!!!

I was new to finding a Vet so I got swooped in by the first exam free coupon and omg did I make a mistake! This place is all about the money and do everything to charge any fee possible. They totally get that money back. They aren't even sympathetic to your pet if it's sick, it's just in out and don't even tell you how much the fees are gonna be until you check out. The place isn't even clean, they have a sitting area that is absolutely dirty, I don't even sit! hair and whatever else on those seats since they aren't cleaned. I went two weeks ago and than today

I love this place. I always feel like my fur babies are in good hands and everyone is very friendly. Not the cheapest place, but I do feel like you are paying for the extra love and compassion they give to the animals and their owners :)

We moved to Cape Coral in May 2016 with our 3 dogs. We immediately sought a vet clinic as a priority. We were fortunate to find Kindness and a particular vet with whom we immediate felt comfortable with and who made our dogs a priority. Within a couple of months, that vet left the practice (or was forced out?) very suddenly. We were not given any information as to where that vet went or why. We were devastated but still needed care for our aging pets.

Unfortunately, the replacement was NOTHING like the original and things deterioted quickly in my opinion. Instead of an energetic, aggressive

New to Cape Coral area --looking for a Veternarian with only a few doctors and convenient hours. Kindness animal hospital has just that. In addition the staff was knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. As a bonus, they offer a coupon for new patients to use for your initial visit. The coupon is on their website.

Took my 2 dogs in to get a wellness exam. That's about all I would do there. Walked out spending almost $200 for a 15 minute check up on my Lab and a 5 minute exam on my Yorkie. They quoted me almost $900 for a teeth cleaning and to have 2 skin tags/bumps removed from my Lab. Quoted me $350 to neuter my 6.5 lbs Yorkie. I had my yellow lab neutered for around $120. I won't be going back as they seem to price gouge their customers.

We initially brought our now 10 year old Labrador retriever here 2 years ago after moving to Cape Coral from Connecticut.
We now have three labs all clients of Dr. Morgan and the friendly animal loving staff at Kindness.
They have treated our oldest through two cancer episodes. Welcomed and helped to heal our shy rescue from Lee County. Plus, they keep allowing my terror back into their office!
I have always had every procedure explained beforehand and estimates were fairly exact.
My dogs range in age and personality but Dr. Morgan, Frank and the rest of the staff can relate to each of them

We're in the area for a few months with our fur baby, an 8 yo Bischon. He's had diareaha for the last couple days, so we called our hometown vet. He suggested we take our dog to a local vet and suggested Kindness since they are AAHA certified. I called Kindness and they gave me an appointment for just 3 hours later. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful, and gathered basic information from me about the dog. We arrived for our appointment a few minutes early and filled out more paperwork about our dog's medical history. We also gave the receptionist the stool sample

Wonderful experience, I'm glad I ended up at Kindness!!! Receptionists were very friendly on the phone and answered all of my questions, and just as friendly in person.

Techs and Dr were very friendly also. Tech who wasn't helping us that day came over to say hello to my dog. The tech who was helping us, Liza, and Dr. Salcedo were so nice and helpful!!! They didn't make me feel like crap for letting my dogs issue go a little longer than it should have before I brought her in. They explained everything well and gave me options and estimates. They genuinely wanted to care for my pet
