Stretches & Myofascial trigger point (MTP) Release is ideal for individuals who have adhesions and knots. You know you have these when you are in pain! The Stretches & MTP Release program was designed for clients who want to focus on getting relief first. Instead of using entire personal training sessions on the stretching and SMR part, you now have the option to add-on this service.
I've lost fat, gained muscle, and created a more healthy lifestyle that I know I'll be able to more reasonably maintain if and when I start going off on my own. Helped me not only get on track with my posture, correction of my right foot, but also gain muscle mass with a proper eating meal plan to compliment around our sessions.

I came to Rafael after a double ACL tear/ surgery that left me bedridden for 8 months, I was left unable to walk and gained 50 lbs in that time. Not only have I been losing weight consistently but I am now strong enough walk on my own. Rafael also wrote up a nutrition list specifically for me and my goals! The thing I like most about Rafael is that he understands that I'm human and I have off days with eating and never judges me if I had a stress binge! I don't feel like a kid in the principal's office and he is so positive and educates without being preachy!

Right foot was always going crooked when walking and back at my age was going out all to quickly after a long day of work.
Posture as well with shoulders slumped from working in front of a computer for hours was also putting strain on my neck.

I have worked with Rafael for about 4 months and I have noticed more changes in myself than I ever had in the past! I have never been able to be consistent at working out let alone do ONE push up, my body was in pain a lot, and I was weaker than your average 22 due to my previous surgeries.
Rafael really takes into consideration what you’re injuries are and tries to help you build strength in order to combat these issues. Rafael helped me understand what my nutritional needs were and what workout plan to follow to lose weight. I trained with him for 10 weeks and saw a huge improvement. My posture changed, my energy went up and my clothes started fitting better! I broke my foot recently and gained some weight but as soon as I can workout out again, I am getting him to train me to lose the 'broken foot weight'! He's very patient and knows his stuff.

Rafael is a great trainer! He is knowledgeable but fun. He really spent time to get to know me and my eating habits to help me reach your goal. All workouts were tailored to me and the hour was dedicated to helping me make the most of it.
Having him guide me was SUPER helpful because I honestly didn't know what I was doing. When you walk into the gym it always looks like everyone always knows EXACTLY what to do. Which is nerve-wracking and I would get anxiety. Am I doing this right? What if I hurt myself? But Rafael was there every step of the way to teach me the correct way to lift, stretch
