I called today about the father of my child. As we are morning the loss of her father and trying to navigate our new world we wanted to go visit him to help her understand. The way your business unprofessionally answered the phone and spoke to me was disgusting. At such a tramtic time for your business to handle death in this matter with a degrading and disrespectful tone was beyond words. I will make sure no other families are treated this way. No women should ever speak to another in that matter Espically during this time. You should truly be ashamed of the way you conducted yourself today.

Top notch service and compassion for such an emotional time. They had everything arranged for a military burial and due to an unexpected medical emergency the night and morning of the service, we had to cancel hours before the funeral. With grace and professionalism, all the quagmire of informing the military, the rabbi, etc was handled. The set was arranged quickly thereafter; which is not easy with the military element.
From the beginning to the end, I couldn’t compliment David Gross and his staff enough. Though it’s not something you want to buy; but, since it’s an inevitable purchase

Left my grandmother for over 2 hours after saying they would pick her up. Then lied about it. The most messed up treatment following a family death I could ever imagine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS GROUP.
Edit: I do not know how to reply to your comment and have no intention of calling. My mother made you all very aware of our situation at the time and in the days following. Your “apologies” were half hearted to say the least. Your company lied multiple times to my family and to the hospice nurse who was assisting us. I stand by my review.
