Brad completed his undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee, majoring in communication. He went on to attend law school at South Texas College of Law Houston, where he met his law partner, Jarrod Smith.
Payal Jethva is an experienced criminal defense lawyer who is passionate about fighting for her clients to achieve the best possible outcome. Payal earned her B.A. in Economics in 2005 from the University of Texas at Tyler. She graduated college within 2 years with a 4.0 in her major. In 2008, she completed her J.D. at Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston and passed the Texas Bar Exam just a few months after her 22nd birthday.
Margaret Kercher zealously represents her clients and dedicates individualized attention and analysis to each case to provide a strategic defense for her clients. Margaret is a proven trial lawyer. This was my first time having an issue and not understanding what my predicament could lead to. I reached out to Brad, and since our first meeting he was very helpful. He explained in detailed what could happened how to fix this. He always made me feel like he had my back.

Hire this firm! I could not have made a better choice in selecting them. Charged with a DWI and they had my case dismissed in about four months. Unheard of! Jarrod in particular was a phenomenal resource, gave me excellent guidance and explained how the whole process would work. My attorney (Brad Vinson) from this firm, was able to resolve an older case, that recently popped up during a work background check. He did this long distance, as I live in Boston and the case was out of Austin, TX.
It was a matter that I wasn't even aware of, from back in 2006, that had never come up before, in any other background check over the past 14 years? With my job in the balance and time of the essence, he was able to get all aspects of my case dismissed! My manager was informed, documents (of dismissal) were presented, and my job is now secure!

Terrible representation. The man knew I wasn't guilty but kept trying to make me take all these deals for "signs of good faith" which included an ankle monitor, restraining order and anger management. When i disagreed and said no he dropped me as a client. I ended up getting a public defender and she had the whole thing dropped in a day. This man over charges and does nothing for you. He kept me in the dark and kept telling me he didn't have any info. Case went to grand jury and got an indictment but was never arrand. How can a case just drop after getting indicted? I have suspicions
