We make our original French toast from thick cut Texas toast, cinnamon, vanilla, and a few other secrets. Stuffed with ham, bacon, mushrooms, onions, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses then smothered with hollandaise sauce. Sliced ham, caramelized onions, sauted mushrooms, green peppers and cheddar cheese, a classic.
Slow roasted for roughly 36 hours to a beautiful medium-rare served with side of homemade horseradish creme. Crusted with our house blend of spices then slow roasted to a lovely medium-rare and served with homemade horseradish creme. This chuck tender is slowly marinated in a whiskey sauce for maximum flavor and tenderness.

Blue Moon has lost this woman as a customer. Telling someone to leave because they have a Service Dog is discrimination. If your waitress is allergic to dogs then switch waitresses. My husband even asked if we could sit on the deck and they would not allow it. There was another gentleman there with his service dog who got asked to leave as well.… This gentlemen came to talk to me as my husband and I were leaving and our waitress was having a reaction because she had been petting his dog. Please, if you have allergies to an animal have the brains to not pet that animal. Some people need their
