Services
Individual Therapy: We offer one on one sessions in a safe, caring and confidential environment to address life issues. This includes anxiety, depression and other psychosocial stressors. I work in collaboration to help you develop the skills to solve difficult life issues and facilitate positive change to improve overall quality of life.
