I have been looking for a new dentist for myself and my children since Western Dental took over our old dentist. I found this office on my insurance website. I understand Covid and new ways of doing things. But I asked a month in advance to have myself and my 3 kids on the same day because I have to take off from work to go to the dentist. 3 days before my appointment i get a call saying we can't keep the times we have and I have to more 2 appointments to the afternoon when I have something else planned for that day. Or I can make another appointment another day. I already have doctors appointments

First time at this dental clinic And had a great experience. Since you walk in Melissa greeted you with such a great customer service. The back office staff is also great i met Marcy the dental assistant, and my dentist Dr. Chan such a gentle person he took he’s time because I was very nervous he really understood my feelings. 😁 They explained everything thoroughly and my procedure and cleaning was comfortable. Highly recommend!

I must say.. the team here is absolutely outstanding. They're all so friendly, kind, intelligent, and thorough. You can kind of see everyone taking their individual roles seriously, while simultaneously having a casual chat with you and the others. It's not like you're gonna walk in there and find just "staff members " with uniforms on. I like to think they all have superpowers lol, depending on what you need. It's just awesome to watch them work. You will not be disappointed. And I almost forgot to mention: After my initial cleaning, I most certainly wanted them to provide my fillings.. AND 2

I would like to thank dentist of Torrance. They took really good care of me... The lovely girls in the front desk were really nice and explained everything to me about the process... Then the lady that was taking my x-rays made me feel welcoming.. she was really nice... They even had a TV to watch some TV while you wait for the Dr. And was very affordable Over all would recommend dentist of Torrance to everyone... Thank you again team Torrance...
