Attorney and founding firm partner, Larry Willey has been practicing law for more than 40 years. Attorney and founding firm partner, Charles "Chip" Chamberlain has been practicing law in West Michigan for almost 40 years. Early in his career, Chip was a federal prosecutor. Today, his legal practice covers a wide variety of criminal litigation in both federal and state courts, concentrating on complex cases including white-collar crime, healthcare fraud, and other fraud matters.
Attorney and firm partner, Britt Morton Cobb has been practicing law since 1998. She began her practice in Colorado before relocating to Michigan in 2006. She has worked exclusively as a defense attorney, representing the accused in criminal cases at the trial level-while also representing individuals in licensing matters, immigration matters, and in appeals at both the federal and state court levels.
Since his admission to the bar in 2009, Attorney and firm partner Peter VanGelderen's practice has been focused solely on criminal law-from simple misdemeanor cases to complex state and federal prosecutions. I am a little late on my review, but I cannot praise this Law Firm or Britt more than I’d love to. I was facing a few charges, charges that could have ruined my life and carried hefty sentences. I did a lot of research prior to choosing a lawyer, I ended up deciding to go with Britt. Her background, expertise and compassion drew me to her. I would not have been able to get through everything and have the outcome I did with her or this law firm. I would recommend them to any and all who have serious criminal matters.

Willey & Chamberlain worked very, very hard on my husband case. They are very polite, thorough, dedicated and Hardworking. Our specific lawyer was Britt Cobb and I can't express enough gratitude of the wonderful work she put forth. We never once felt like she was to busy or like she didn't care. Mr. Willey represented me when I was divorcing my ex husband because of abuse. When I was looking to collect all of my property from the home we shared; he said, “I don’t want to worry about that.” As though my personal belongings valued at $8,000 just wasn’t good enough for him. I personally do NOT recommend this law firm to help.
Also, I’ve noticed this law firms responses in negative reviews on google. Very intimidating and threatening if you ask me.
