Number one thing... If you live here which I do not reccomend email managment about all your issues. If you dont put it in written it is likely to never get fixed...... Anyways.....
I have lived here for 2 years and can honestly say I enjoy it for the most part but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone because of the management.
Danette is the office manager and just horrible whenever you accually need something. I have seen her fight with lots of good people for 2 years.

First apartment that I was in for over a year started with having carpenter ants. Then the apartment flooded sewage daily- backing up from underneath the toilet into the entire apartment and backing up into the tub as well (and filling the entire thing.) Then they moved me to an apartment where there are mice getting in through the walls, flooding still happening daily(thankfully not sewage).

Please don't rent with these people. Connie is genuinely cruel hearted. She stole my friend and I's deposits when she turned our application down and she refuses to pay us back. In the contract you sign, it says you get the deposit back if they turn down the application, which is what they did, but they kept our money. We have to go to court. I wish we had listened to all these other reviews. The property wasn't even that nice. It was filthy. They said they were gonna clean the apartment, but how do I trust that after being stolen from?

I like this place, it’s cheap and safe! The staff are chill as long as you show them respect. That office lady is cool just as long as you are cool to her. Best bang for your buck by far in the area. We have a pool, tennis court, basketball court and Landry mat. What more can you ask for. Plus the gym is only a mile away and we are close to everything. I’ve never had a problem here in 8 years of living here. Once again this place is cheap, clean and safe! I guess I’m happy about that! 😊

My husband and I was look to move here we’ve called and never gotten an answer or a call back. We thought she was just super busy and just decided to show up in person. We showed up and asked if she had any available or know when they would be. She kept shaking her head no and saying no with no direct answer. My husband than asked how long would it take for maintenance and she says she “doesn’t know any of that stuff”. Like how do you not know how your place is running. We just found something better and more professional.
