I have been living at Tanglewood since August 2018, my family and I absolutely love the place. The staff at Tanglewood made me feel welcome before I even moved here. I am a Jamaican who is employed to the ECPPS district and Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure that I received and correctly completed all the documentations to secure my apartment before even moving to the US.
The staff is courteous and friendly. The complex is by far the most exquisite in the area. We are close proximity to the Walmart and major shopping areas. The club house and amenities are outstanding - from having a barbecue

We moved here in January and really like this place. The apartments are bright and cheerful. The view outside facing the lake is something to behold. There are plenty of ducks, geese and surprisingly looking out one morning there must have been around 150 Swans. Several times I have looked down on the small ponds and take pictures of all the water foul and even several turtles. Right now, you can see the baby ducks and geese walking around being escorted and protected by the watchful eyes of their parents. Tanglewood is pet friendly and every day you can see people out walking their dogs or pushing

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Jennifer was rude and arrogant. Made an appointment with corporate line for 4-5pm viewing, drove three hours with pets and a toddler to view property and was told they wouldn't show the apartment after 4pm. Other agent was going to show the apartment because corporate made the appointment. Jennifer could have AT LEAST called managers to try to keep the appointment. After reading other reviews, I'm SO glad we didn't sign a lease because there are TONS of complaints. Funny how all reviews are either awful or 5 stars.... planting reviews perhaps ?

I absolutely recommend TWL apartments to anyone who can afford to live there. I lived in a 1 bedroom unit in 2016, then moved to VA closer to my duty station. I regretted that move every day since. I am luckily moving back to a 3 bedroom unit, and I couldnt be more happier. The office staff has been pleasant to work with, and Amber does what she can to make living there possible for you. The pool is great during the open season, and the shopping center is enough to satisfy my needs. If you have concerns with the apartment complex, or staff, you should give them the respect to be aware of a situation

Moving in wasn't so bad, the paperwork went easy, and the apartment was ready on time. Then I moved in and realized the place is built out of paper, or it would seem with how loud the neighbors sound and how easily a ding would form in the walls, the carpets were not new as promised, and there are spiders
EVERYWHERE!!!! I can deal with that, such is life. The staff was actually pretty good when I was living there under a lease, but when I fulfilled my year lease, I wanted to move into a home and I'm sitting here 46 days after moving out and still getting the run around, lack of information about

My girlfriend had an apartment on the third floor at this complex. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lawn care was on point. They do a great job on their outward appearance. Maintenance takes awhile to respond to messages since you have to email them because you can't contact management, but when they do get the job order it gets done. Parking seems to be unregulated. There are some vehicles that were clearly unused and broke in front of the apartments but don't get notices. The dog park is nice but the fact that the side by the water doesn't have a fence the dogs have

Amber is great and gets back to you quickly when you request anything. I feel safe living here and its quiet at night. You will hear occasional dogs barking, doors slamming, or kids playing but that is typical in apt living. Maintenance is responsive too which I like. The grounds are pretty but I wish they would sweep the stairs more, power wash the walkways, and trim the shrubs more frequently. The gym is small and they need new cardio equipment. The pool is small but nice. Overall it is a nice place to live for EC.

We cannot wait for our lease to end! I will preface this by saying that my comments have NOTHING to do with the leasing staff or maintenance. They have been incredibly helpful the entire time that we have been here. Amber, Heather and the maintenance people work extremely hard, but they are fighting a losing battle. Our move in experience was good. The apartment was relatively clean and the carpets were acceptable. The problem is, the neighbors. My family has not had a good nights rest in MONTHS......and I mean this literally. Our upstairs neighbors are ridiculous.....I think we live under a team

Horrible experience with this place- we never got to live there. A month after being accepted, I called the complex to verify pro-rated rent, deposits (I have a labrador, so there was a pet deposit) and what sort of paperwork we'd need to have completed to make signing the lease easier.
For five days (Friday morning - Tuesday afternoon) I was given the run around of "let me call you back in ten minutes" or "I'll email you" and no phone calls ever came nor did I receive any emails from the complex. Finally on Tuesday they tell me there was a paperwork mistake, we weren't actually accepted, they
