My husband and I lived there for 3 years. We went through at least eight neighbors in that time period, because nobody wanted to live there. The electrical outlets are unsafe, in fact, according to the cable guy, they are a fire hazard. The plumbing is awful, not to mention disgusting. Our air conditioning unit flooded the closet it's in and the maintenance guy thought it was funny. The cops used to be there every night, but now I guess the drug dealers have gotten smarter about their transactions. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Apartment walls are PAPER thin...no upgrades everything is dated and the remotes are constantly missing along with the pool sticks..the printer never has paper in it in the business center and the pool closes early ... THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR FOR ANYTHING!!! And will not negotiate ! I think they have a system setup with them or something...it wasn't bad and the staff was ok, but I wouldn't live here if they didn't have an awesome rate when I moved in initially...

Get everything in writing! After completing two successful leases with Bell Great Bridge, my roommate and I found out that we could not take the staff at their word. We had to break our lease so we gave a 60 day notice and paid the $2700 fee to uphold our end of the bargain. Kirstin, our leasing agent at the time, told us that because we had the most choice apartment in the complex (it had the biggest balcony, overlooked the pool and no neighbors) they were receiving a lot of attention for the next occupants to move in. She informed us on 3 separate occasions by phone that if we moved out early

I love living here! The staff is really nice and very attentive, I've never had a problem with them addressing a concern courteously and professionally. The maintenance staff is really nice! My apartment is spacious and comfortable. Yes, I can occasionally hear my neighbors and they can hear me but anyone who expects otherwise while living in close quarters has unrealistic expectations. The dog park is a good size and I love all the toads, bull frogs, ducks, and herons that visit the pond.
The only reasons I'm not giving five stars is because they don't offer recycling which I think is a must

I lived there for about a year once when I was stationed in that area. I picked out a nice quiet corner apartment out back on the 3rd floor. I would very often work very late hours and I didn't want my comings & goings disturbing anyone, or vise versa, so it seemed appropriate.
The staff was great, I never had a single issues with maintenance or management, nothing but helpful. The only issues I ever had were with other residents who would ignore property rules, leaving trash outside their doors stinking up the place, because they were to lazy to take it to the trash bin. This is such a wonderful place to call home. I've lived here over a year & sill love it just as much as the day I moved in. Not only is it a great location & not only are the apartments especially nice no matter what size you may need but the thing that will seal the deal is the staff's hospitality. I have a small dog & there was a time while walking him I needed to run into the office for something. Not wanting to make 2 trips I came in prepared to apologize for having to bring my dog in but the staff welcomes my dog w/ the same enthusiasm as they welcome me. After living here for 3 years my biggest complaint is how the walls are like paper thin. I hear people when they go up and down the stairs, I hear music and vaccume cleaner and doors open and closing. Though it looks nice on the out side Id guess construction was cheap. Nothing worse than hearing noise coming threw walls. The Maintenance crew is great people and do a good job on there repairs and are always friendly. Toe truck company comes by frequently to ensure full compliance with rules and regulations, if out of regs you can expect to pay about 175 to get your car back. During warmer season
